A lonely mask made of cherry wood left behind in the estate of a
skilled craftsman. Missing the hands that crafted it and cared for it, the mask
slowly began to
feel and that feeling drove it to slowly desire, and desire
drove it to
wake up. Things can change, but you
must wake up
first.
And so longing became sentience.
Motes of light and dust cast back onto a forgotten floor, to a room of dust and
memories forgotten and packed away.
