Erm... yeah I used to play the sims 2, it was super fun! And comforting to be able to play different sims. But the needs man omg they were so annoying gonk they needed to poop and shower each 5 minutes lol. I liked to buy stuff tho, wanted to collect all items.

I've played all of them. Sims 4 is a little dull compared. I miss the Tombstone of Life and Death from the Sims 2 - it really was the best. The needs aren't as bad, but getting about is a pain, takes like 3 hours to get out the house. I should stop playing but I've played so long what would I do without Sims?
The Sims Urbz was the best one though.

I'm very tempted to play it again but you're right it's a time sucker... I guess my problem was that I took control of many different sims or something?
Afaik there were certain taks you had to complete to level up right? does the game ends with these tasks? I remember I wanted to see an UFO but taking to long to appear or something, It's pretty cool that they had many stuff for you to play with.

I mean you have your "Lifetime Ambition" but you don't need to do it, you can make them miserable and die alone. The game ends if there is no one in your household - so if you have a child or younger and the adult died. Game over - its really hard to get a game over.
Sims 4 is a little bit of a "happiness" simulation tbh, not as edgy as Sims 2 for sure. But I like playing god and this allows me to do that xD

As the Sims generations have went on I've become a more chill god - but I also download mods and make my sims junkies and whatnot because WHY NOT. But again Sims 2 was wild so you could be the worst - not so much anymore.
