This anime was one of my favorites back in the day and loved everything about it except that it did not had more seasons, since the manga has a lot more story xD I even watched the Soul Eater Not! Lol Here is the about in Crunchyroll: Maka’s a Meister and Soul is her Weapon, and they’re a freakin’ lethal team in battle against the monsters and ghouls that feed on innocent souls. That’s when Soul transforms—literally—into a razor-sharp scythe and Maka wields her partner and unleashes her inner-slayer. Fighting alongside their Meister/Weapon classmates, Maka and Soul are the world’s last line of defense against evil.

I just saw this thread after posting in your D. Gray-Man thread. This series was the first one that I was seriously into. I was into this series (it's manga moreso than the anime) before I came across D. Gray-Man. I remember going to the library so often, reserving volumes of the manga to read when they would arrive at the branch to pick up. Then I remember this one woman who thought I stole one of the volumes, but the clerks didn't keep up with the books that were checked in and missed the book. It was a pain in the a** (so this combined with the fact that I'm borrowing used books makes me want to rely less on libraries if not purchase new copies of books if I can). I never actually read all of the volumes or watched all of the episodes, but I have an idea of what was going on, including the ending (particularly for the manga; I don't remember the anime's ending too well aside from that it may have been rushed).
After reading the volumes I could get my hands on, I checked out the available volumes of Soul Eater Not!. That series wasn't as long as it seems to be now (especially since it has an anime now).
Which was your favorite character? I did not finish the manga but it sure goes more farther than the anime. xD Also I am glad you liked it too. :3

Forgive me, but I accidentally edited your post.
I think Stein was my favorite character. I think I drew him (or maybe it was Jonathan) for a class assignment when I was still deeply into the series. I would ship him and Medusa, even though they ultimately did not become canon.

Don't Worry about it. Mine was Black Star and Death the Kid. :3 But it is sad that they not did another season of it. Because it would have been nice seen them grown up a little like they did on D.gray man hallow. xD Over all I might re-watch this to remember how it ended..lol

It would have been neat. I appretiate how we get a cameo of Maka (at least) in Soul Eater Not! (I don't know if she appears in the anime, but she does in the manga if I remember correctly).
Now I remember one Soul Eater video game (I think it is Soul Eater: Monotone Princess), and it looked bad graphically to me. It was funny seeing Soul Naruto run/semi Naruto run.
I enjoyed listening to the game's theme song (Soul's Crossing by T.M. Revolution):
Regarding the series's art, it kind of reminds me of Fullmetal Alchemist.

That is funny! rofl Also cool! I did not knew it had a game. xD As well it does because Bones studio made both. Well for FMA 2003 and 2009 adaptations. xD

I never thought to check that regarding Bones. Wow.
