"Congratulations Genins! You have all made it with the qualifications to become a Chuunin. With that in mind, this is to mark the beginning of the Exams!" The Zetsu clan member declared as he walked forwards into the stage in front of the large group of Genin that had come to participate in the exams themselves. As the proctor, he had a duty to allow for an easy transition throughout the Exams and to make sure that everyone had their own fair shot in graduating at the end of it. Taking a step forward, his yellow gaze passed across the room before he withdrew a stack of papers and strolled across the stage to where a large board had been set up. The Zetsu would reach up and flip the board around, revealing the names of all participants having been shifted into even groups. "The first round will be-" He would begin, before someone stepped up onto the stage beside him.
With a click of the cane in his hand, a wide brimmed hat wearing male would stroll onto the stage beside the Zetsu and raise his black gloved hand to give direct eye contact to the male before him. "Sor' 'm lat'! I'll han' the' tests out whi' e ya s'plain th' res', y'ah? Lucius says with a grin, as the Genjutsu he passed upon the proctor would immediately take hold. It was an easy thing, doing something so simple as rewriting your identity to someone who did not know you, after all. He had of course been this particular group's teacher back in the Academy. It would be rude to not give them the honor of being led through the Chuunin Exams as well!
With a slightly puzzled and glaze-eyed expression soon vanishing from the Zetsu's face, he would reach out and hand Lucius the sheets before going back to his explanation. "A written Exam. Ten questions. You'll do them in groups of six. In six different rooms that have been determined and written on this board for all of you to look over and report to. Do your best, and I- We- Will see you in the next portion of the exams!" The Zetsu says as he watches Lucius sit down on the end of the stage by the door in preparation of handing the exams out to each member that passed by.

A sudden bell would go off within each of the four rooms, as the written exams came to a close. The proctor in the front of each room collecting the papers and ushering the groups back out to the main room that they had started in, presumably to either get their scores or be told whatever the next step was going to be for this exam. As soon as they had all entered the room again, the four proctors from the different rooms came up and handed the Zetsu Proctor a slip of paper each along with one whispering a few short words into the ear of the Zetsu. This specific male being the proctor from Room 2. "Well. That was certainly an especially long hour, but I hope you are all content with your answers." The Zetsu says as he nods to the male talking to him before bringing his full attention to the future chuunins once again. "I'm happy to inform you all, that the overall exams were quite excellent! Of course, we had a couple that were not exactly.. Ready yet." The Zetsu sighs as shuffles the slips of paper in his hands for a moment. "Hadrian Senimaru.. If you're even in the area, you have failed the exam for neglecting to hand in even an attempt at the written assessment. You may return to your village." The Zetsu says with a pause before looking around for any moment and then continuing. "Sanji. Due to your obvious cheating by means of holding a fellow genin by gun point, in direct view of not only the observing proctor but also anyone else within the room. As well as speaking during the exam. You have failed this Exam. We hope you learn from this experience and return for the next one, at a later date. Return to your village, please." The Zetsu says with a frown while looking around the room once again to observe any available movement. "Ya Dra'in' wa' nic' tho'gh. 'd 'ive ya mor' tha' a fa'lure. Bu' Eh. The'r cal'." Lucius chimes in with a chuckle as he leans back where he was sitting and continues to observe the room around him, tapping his cane casually against the side of the stage he was sitting on, his head turning to look back at the Zetsu before he nods casually and returns his attention to the remainder of the room. The Zetsu simply making a series of quick number gestures: 2,3,4,1. With the nod, Lucius slowly shifts himself to a standing postion on the stage and overlooks the group once again. "Nex' ya gon' fi'ht. Ea'h 'emb'r o' gro'p tw' ca' pi'k an' oth'r gen'n. Fi'ht 'em an' wh'ver win gits ha'f the'r 'oints. E'sy ya?" He says with a grin forming across his face as he casually walks over and scratches the two removed names from the board that had the list of the rooms on it.
"Ehem. Yes. The four remaining members of Room 2 may choose any other Genin for combat. The chosen person can choose to accept or deny the request. Though be warned, you can only deny once!" The Zetsu picks up as he takes a step forward and places the slips of paper into his pocket. "You only need to participate in one fight though. So if you've already competed, you may decline without penalty. As well, since we are varied in strengths for this Exam." He casually waves a hand, as two of the proctors from before emerge from the side room everyone had returned from with a box held between them. "These wrist bands should be worn by every participant. They well adjust your strengths accordingly in order to allow for a more even playing field for the lot of you. Naturally you all may go all out with this in mind. We proctors will step in should anything become life threatening. Otherwise, have fun!" He says at last, before stopping at the edge of the stage and looking down at them all. "If you take a right when you exit here, there is an exit door that leads to multiple training stadiums. Should be enough for all of you to go two versus two all at the same time. So don't worry about needing to wait." He says at last, as a slight grin forms across his face, a look of attempted excitement and reassurance.
Wear the Bracelet. Room 2 gets first choices. Can reject a challenge once, but you must compete once to pass. Winners gain ½ the loser's Exam Score. You CAN compete more than once, but everyone must compete once to pass.
Exam Bracelet - Raises the Lower Chakra score to match the Higher Chakra score between opponents for the specific duel. - Applies a passive stat buff equal to the total raised chakra divided by 500. [ IE: 20,000 chakra raised to 40,000 chakra grants a +40 stat buff using the passive made up rules. You can apply the buff to any/all stats using +A/+B/+C/+D/+E/+F in whichever way you choose. It was a long and grueling amount of time for both the exam proctors and the genin that had come to the Exams to progress into their furthered shinobi career. Yet it was now finally over, with the Genin having decided that they had done enough to warrant a successful exam, and returned to the main room of the Exam area in order to learn of their grades. The Zetsu standing at the front of the room slowly looked around while a flurry of other proctors ran in with slips of paper and handed them off to him one by one. After reading through them he would slowly walk forwards and cleared his throat before suddenly standing still and un moving. "Eh. Ya. 'm Goo' wit' tha whol' pup'et thin'. Ar'nt ya all?" Lucius says as he casually raises back to a standing position on the edge of the stage and walks forwards, passing directly through the Zetsu as if the man was not even standing there. The Zetsu's form wavering and crackling as if it were some sort of hologram or something similar while Lucius simply walked over to the board that he had listed with the previous rules and gave it one more spin. This time instead of what had been previously written, it was a list of everyone's names beside the room designations. Numbers sprawled across the side of the board in scribbled effect and ending with a solid green PASS or a large red FAIL written after the answers. It appeared to be a point system of some sort, but it listed out who had passed and failed the exams rather clearly thanks to the colors. Lucius himself snapped his fingers as they room they were all standing in faded away into a dreary run down storage area with only a bay door that was held wide open behind him, and a single table where he was walking back and forth. "Con'rats! Ya did good, eve'yone! Now get 'n out ther' and train or wha'ver. Pro'lly work on som' Genjutsu d'fence o' som'tin'." He says with a chuckle before turning and hopping off the table he was standing on and walking out the open bay door, leaving only the results written cleanly upon the wall in front of everyone, who had been standing in lines as a group along with a set of eight proctors all directly behind them. It would appear that he had down right kidnapped an entire Chuunin Exams, though at least it was not something that ended in anyone's death. Even the one that had failed in the beginning had appeared to have made it out fine, since they were not even in the room at this point.
