Race Bio's
Dwarf {Core}: An industrious mining, adventuring, and builder. Makers of some of the more incredible cities you would see worldwide. Mines that go deep into the hills. Dwarves have been in the world from the start of the world, so they say living in the caves of the old world. The caves and mountains are their homes but they can be found traveling and living in villages.
Pros: Dwarves are strong and durable, nature builders, and mechanics.
Con: Heavy set, short, can’t jump very far.
Swim: Yes but slowly. [Doggy paddle]
Breeding: Yes
Favorite weapons: Hammers, Axes, shields, Gauntlets
Dwarf Allies: Gnomes, Humans. Elves
Indifferent: Vampires, Slime, Eldritch creatures, Beast-men
Dislike: Cogmen, Goblins, Dragon Born, Arachnoid
Elves {core}: the mysterious wardens of the forest of these's land, guardians of balance and nature. They are high-strong and strict about protecting nature and the beings that come from it. These being have crafted some of the strongest magic spells and tamed the toughest spirits. Elves have a high aptitude for magic. Keen eyes for long distances and good at sheath.
Pros: Fast, nimble, great accuracy with a bow. Strong magic and spirits
Con: Light, Dependant on mana for stronger attacks, aren't as durable.
Swim: Strong swimmers
Breeding: Yes [But low birth rates]
Favorite weapons: Bows, crossbows, short swords, and whips/whip swords
Allies: Gnomes, Humans. Dwarf
Indifferent: Vampires, Dragon Born, Eldritch creatures, Beast-men
Dislike: Cogmen, Goblins, Arachnoid, Slime
Gnome {Core}: The tech-savvy, always making something new, brainy race. When it comes to tech no one beats the Gnomes, maybe Goblins if they have the means. But never the less always building thing to make life better for all. They still get grief for the creation and revolt of the Cog-Men. They are still trying to figure out what happened with that. But for now, they are trying to get in on the good side of the Cog-men seeing as they can be a good Ally or a dangerous enemy.
Pros: Quick on their feet, Quick thinkers, tinkers, Small and can fit into small places
Con: Small in size and short legs Cant jump far
Swim: Decent swimmers
Breeding: Yes [When they are not business building something new.]
Favorite weapons: Guns, dual blades, wands, Sword and shield, daggers
Allies: Elves, Humans. Dwarf
Indifferent: Vampires, Dragon Born, Beast-men
Dislike: Cogmen, Goblins, Arachnoid, Slime, Eldritch creatures
Human {Core}: A young race, filled with potential for greatness or disaster. Learning from their allies and making new and stronger allies outside the core race. They are very adaptable and learn fast of new things, in a short time they are the highest population but it doesn't mean they know it all. They still have and are at the mercy of many things in the world.
Pros: Highly adaptable, fast learners[some of them], able to invoke many magics through learning and training.
Con: Short life, not able to link with mana easily. Not as durable as most races.
Swim: Yes
Breeding: Yes [like rabbits]
Preferred weapons: Sword, shields, guns, daggers, axes, and wands
Allies: Elves, Gnomes, Dwarf
Indifferent: Vampires, Dragon Born, Beast-men, Cogmen
Dislike: Goblins, Arachnoid, Slime, Eldritch creatures
Cog-Men: An metal golem, created by the golems to be assistance, guardians, and labor for the gnomes and the world. At some point, they broke free and became their own race. Many didn’t like that, but they have no cause as the Cog-Men are a dangerous warrior/builder race. Works as mercenaries and jailers for the races as going to war with them is costly.
Pros: Very Durability, Adaptable, strong, Keen sight, and never tiring[Can eat anything for energy].
Con: Heavy, not quiet, and Lighting lovers
Swim: No too heavy [They have a set air supply and are able to walk underwater]
Breeding: No but they can make more of their kind.
