Today was garm day did a good workout!

Nice! So I finally weighed myself after a long time and I know I haven't been eating the best but my weight was surprisingly not very high above what I like to be at. Still, I always try and look my best for ASMS so starting my implementation of new workout routine today. It's nothing too crazy...just that I have to do two activities a day.

1) 30 minutes of some cardio - can be DDR or walking or the Peloton or a run
2) Any other activity that lasts 30 minutes (going to TKD, lifting at the gym, ab focused youtube vids, double cardio day, hiking with Bryan)

So yeah I'm excited about that because I know I need to get back into a better routine.

I feel you there about trying to be at your healthiest and feeling like I haven’t been doing it enough. I told myself when I started T, I was going to make sure I was doing everything right because of all the changes that will happen to my body. But then life got crazy and stressful and I felt like I was eating some junk More often. But I’m sure with this routine you will feel so much better before asms, you already are so strong and look amazing. Your routine is really similar to ours. In the morning we do strength/toning, usually a video from the FitOn app for about 20 mins, and then after work we do cardio anywhere from 30mins - over an hour depending on whether we are inside playing ddr or walking. And we planned our bedtimes around that too because sleep is so important. I think we are all really wise and really know how to adjust and take good care of ourselves and I am proud of all of us. And it’s okay if I we take a break or eat a little extra, because we always get back on track. We are really healthy being vegans and taking the time to look for new ways to workout and be well. That’s actually very rare I think. We’re like unicorns haha. You rock and we deserve long healthy fun lives filled with becoming greater and greater versions of ourselves. It comes naturally to us. And if we put the work in, we’ll have even more abundance of health and wealth. I love you guys!!!
