»»» BACKGROUND: Tayte was born to Angus and Alyssa Carleigh in Edinburgh. He grew up there for the first seven years of his life. His mother was a stay at home mom and his father was a decent level higher up in a large technology/IT company. Tayte was a decent student and maintained good grades in school. He thought he would have been living in Scotland for his entire life. When his father got a job offer. His father was ecstatic and his mother was excited as well the biggest part was going to be them needing to pick up and move their entire lives to the united states. Tayte was sad to start but once he found out that his father was going to be much happier and home more often he got excited and happily helped to pack.
A small timeskip to Taytes high school career he found himself interested in the local colleges ems program. He quickly and excitedly took the course as a dual credit student. At the age of eighteen he found a local fire department and decided to apply. He found he liked helping out the community. When the department decided to hire again he found himself sighing since there was a lot he needed. He put that plan on pause and continued to trudge through the trainings he needed. The day he turned twenty-one he looked around again and applied to the local fire department. Tayte ended up getting the job and had been happily going through the training they needed to put him through.
As he grew his father and him spent many hours in the outdoors hunting, fishing and camping as time permitted. He learned and read as much as he could in order to do more while he was out in the wild with his dad. They preferred to go and do these things semi-primitive.

»»» FireFighting Skills: Tayte has been firefighting long enough that he has mastered the skills required of a firefighter. To include forced and respectable entry, paramedicine, emergency driving, fire suppression, and many more skills that he has been doing since the age of 18 as a volunteer and then from 21 to current as a paid firefighter paramedic.
»»» Outdoors Skills: Tayte has been an avid outdoorsman since he was a child but really truly only picked up the skills after he started hunting with his father. It was their way of bonding and it also taught Tayte guns and outdoors skills needed to survive. He is comfortable with firearms and excels at shooting. His survival skills aren't as sharp as what he would like but they are sufficient for when it is just him. Having to help a larger group would prove more of a challenge.
»»» Vehicle Mechanic: Tayte is trained in the basics of vehicle maintenance due to the fact that his old crew was in charge of their own apparatus maintenance. He can do a fair bit but it mostly applies to the larger vehicles and how they work.
