ugh i am having trouble remembering all of them! I feel like I need to move the car out of the garage and just use that space to practice them every day because I feel like I have short term memory loss when it comes to them.
we have our tournament/competition coming up at the end of april...i want to compete but I'm not sure if I should do all the categories or just one? or two? i really want to do sparring but i'll feel dumb if I lose really bad
since my board break was not that great at testing i think it will help my confidence if I can kill a board break at competition, plus I get to do a hand technique too which I love doing like a knifehand strike
i feel really confident on my form that i would compete on (black stripe form) so i'm not super worried there, it's just all the other forms that are jumbled in my head right now

Thanks for the advice! I am still on the fence at doing all three, it's just funny for sparring because the two people close to my weight class and my skill level that I'd probably get paired with are like the two best people in our school lol. The one advantage I'd have is the both of them are super badass, but their endurance is not as good as me.
One is the this lady who did like a ton of krav maga and is ridiculously strong and you wouldn't guess it by her size (but she might have her black belt officially by tournament so maybe I wouldn't have to spar her, hmmm I just realized this now) and the other is Korean American who is just really light on her feet and has good technique - but she has s**t endurance because I get partnered with her a lot.

Whether you spar or not competitively would depend on how often you practice it and how confident you are in you abilities if you’re set on winning. I liked sparring when I was in tkd, and I took a reverse roundhouse kick to the head that knocked me straight to the floor. That was exhilarating. Even though I got my a** beat, I still had a lot of fun and I was glad I did it. I miss martial arts.

I am interested in sparring because I have never done it super competitively before, just when we do it as a focus for that class/week of classes which I typically do I would consider "okay." I don't always win, but I usually get a decent share of points. It may be a fun experience.
We have not practiced many headshots but they are allowed in competition if they are well controlled - I would be a little scared about that now! On two reasons, obvi getting hit in the the head but also that I would hurt someone else if kicking them in the head I'd be even more scared of because I can easily kick face height for most people, and depending on the kick even could kick some of the 6 foot+ guys too
