ℚ 𝕦 𝕚 𝕣 𝕜:ConstructionSara is able to construct, repair, or reconstruct any living tissue through the use of the tendrils inside of her. The tendrils are thinner than hair strands individually and can go inside of people through their exposed skin. When bunched together, they create thicker strands have an untested tensile strength.

𝔸 𝕓 𝕚 𝕝 𝕚 𝕥 𝕚 𝕖 𝕤: ꧁꧂ Tune Up - She can restore physical stamina by removing substances (such as lactic acid build up) from the muscles as well as encouraging oxygen circulation through the body.
꧁꧂ Rebuild - With prolonged exposure, she can rebuild bones, organs, and muscles in others.
꧁꧂ Maintenance - the tendrils inside of her body can also repair any damage she suffers over a short amount of time.
꧁꧂ Pinch - she can pinch off nerve endings, veins, or arteries to disable attackers
꧁꧂ Extension - by keeping her tendrils exposed outside, she can gain an extra 3 food reach from anywhere around her body.
𝕃 𝕚 𝕞 𝕚 𝕥 𝕤:꧁꧂ Research - She has to know a good deal about the organ, tissue, or anything else that she is repairing in another person. She also needs to understand the lay out of their body. The less practice she has with an individual, the slower she has to work.
꧁꧂ Reach - she can only reach up to 3 feet away from her body to heal others. She can also only deploy the tendrils out of her exposed skin. They are most affective when they go through the exposed skin of another person.
꧁꧂ Exhaustion - she has to maintain focus while healing others. While healing extensive damage to herself she still suffers the pain of healing and often goes into a comatose like state where her other senses are shut off.
꧁꧂ Resources - in order to heal others and herself, Sara needs access to proteins and vitamins in an excess supply. Otherwise she can cause herself malnutrition and even dissolve her own muscles in the attempt to heal others.
꧁꧂ Time - healing isn't instant for either herself or others. A broken finger can take a minute to three minutes, a broken femur can take twenty to thirty minutes, and repairing organs can take anywhere from thirty minutes to a couple hours.
꧁꧂ Movement - While she's healing someone, she has a limited range of motion as she would have to disconnect from another person. She can only move the length of her reach (3 feet) minus the length of the tendrils inside of a person. While healing herself, she is slowed down and may not be capable of movement at all (depending on the severity of the wound).

She had been in pre-med before she switched her focus to physical therapy; later gaining her license as a masseuse. She has a functional level of Japanese Writing and is fluent in verbal Japanese as she maintained contact with her father's family. In the last couple of months she's been training and studying to get a license as a registered nurse.
꧁꧂ 𝕃 𝕖 𝕒 𝕣 𝕟 𝕖 𝕕 𝕊 𝕜 𝕚 𝕝 𝕝 𝕤 - She can swim, has high pain tolerance, great hand-eye coordination, and can feel her way through the dark.
꧁꧂ 𝕡 𝕣 𝕒 𝕔 𝕥 𝕚 𝕔 𝕖 - She has been working as a license masseuse for the last two years, helping heroes recover more effectively than they would on their own. She had been in pre-med so she understands the basics of surgery as well as having been studying and practicing for a nursing exam in the last few months.

Sara was born to an American Pro-hero, known as Silk Spider, and a principal of a school well known for it's international program. Her mother was careful for the first few years of Sara's life so she could be there for her daughter's early years. She didn't pressure Sara to join her footsteps as she knew that the hero life was something that everyone had to choose for themselves. She did, however, encourage her to practice with the healing aspect of her quirk instead.
Helping patch up her mom's scrapes here and there is what Sara remembers the most. As she got older her father made sure that anytime she practiced while her mother was away on Hero business, that it was under a very careful eye - his. He disapproved of any risky behavior and very much disapproved of the fact that to be her most efficient she couldn't stay covered from head to toe. Over time his controlling attitude made her continue to avoid using her quirk as her mother did. she hasn't tried to duplicate her mother's moves in years as they were deemed too risky for a child to try.
With so much attention from both of her parents, and a doting family member in Japan, Sara learned the skills she was allowed to quickly. So quickly in fact that she tested into a well respected Charter school that focused on science, technology, and medicine for high school. She was on the fast track to becoming a doctor. A track that started to break apart when she was sixteen.
Her mother, Silk Spider, fell to a villain. Sara had to watch as the doctors failed to close up all of the organs that had been ruptured in the fight. Worse her own father held her back from rushing through the guards and into the surgery to help. The resentment for his actions has caused a wedge to grow between them ever since. For her mother's sake though she tried to hold onto the dream that their family had build together - the dream of her becoming a surgeon.
That lasted all of two years. The more she found out about quirk restrictions and the limitations of doctors, the more her father pushed her towards that as a goal, the more she hated it. Instead of enrolling in a proper medical school, once Sara was 18 she chose another occupation. Choosing to be a physical therapist and license massuese was one part to spite her father, one part out of the desire to help people now instead of in eight to ten years. She got into the programs by herself, working her way through and living on her own means by being a healer on the down low. When her great aunt realized the depth of the divide that had formed in the family, she started helping out financially as well as helped out with introductions and gave advise where she could.
Due to the care that her great aunt showed her, when it was time to go to work she actually made the move to Japan. She worked under a larger company for a year. With her own savings and the financial help of her great aunt, Sara got her own office near by. With everything that has been happening in the hero world, and the fact that she's not getting any younger, Recovery Girl has asked her to intern with her at the famous Hero School U.A. Once again Sara moved...only it wasn't as big of a move as the before it.

She will be able to swing from the ropes to get around in urban or jungle/forested areas (possible). She will learn to use the tendrils like a whip (possible). She will learn how to weave her quirk from her arms, side, and legs together to create a netting, allowing her to glide from heights (possible). She will learn how to create a parachute with her tendrils (possible). She how to create a protective wall and then cocoon around herself and others by using the tendrils in her body (possible). She will learn how to stimulate regions of the brain and reverse atrophy in the brain (possible).
ℂ 𝕠 𝕤 𝕥 𝕦 𝕞 𝕖: Her costume will be woven with a fabric that her tendrils can get through for non-vital zones and created with a kevlar-mesh fabric around vital zones (possible).
ℂ 𝕙 𝕒 𝕣 𝕒 𝕔 𝕥 𝕖 𝕣: She'll take over for Recovery Girl (definite) despite learning to use her quirk more offensively (possibly).
