She sure as s**t was not, naturally, because reasons. If she'd really wanted to Mehri was almost certain she could use her hidden powers of being the literal owner of the shop to get someone to obey, but then maybe she'd have to deal with complaints of abuse of power and then she'd absolutely have outed herself to the staff that she was indeed the owner and not just some rando employee who did things because they wanted to.
Honestly though if most folks hadn't figured out that Mehri wasn't the average part-timer by now either she was very good at faking it or they were all just very bad at noticing not so subtle hints. Either way she lived how she wanted, did what she wanted, and things were good. Except for, of course, the fact that no one was around to try what would probably remain a forever seasonal (if not single day only) creation.
She needn't fear though, for Mehri absolutely had a trump card to play in situations like this. It involved opening her flip phone (which she did) and punching away at a text message to a certain individual who almost certainly couldn't say no to a challenge. Or free food.
Which was both, in this case.
