there are 2 diorders ( bipolar 1 and bipolar 2) i try to stay busy and it helps me to not think about negative things

i totally get that
i have borderline personality disorder
which is like a incest cousin of Bipolar v.v
i try to stay distracted or the bad thoughts start to creep in

As far as I know I'm not bipolar (probably not but when it comes to mental illness sometimes you don't realize if you have a condition until someone talks about it), but I've known people with both types. It's really unfairly stigmatized tbh.

too many people are getting meds for something that they think they have but should really get tested first before making that assumption though sweatdrop
