Sailor: Cassiopeia, Senshi of Sightseeing Uniform Color:Primary Color: █████ --- #5fffca Secondary Color: █████ --- #e7b2a4 Uniform:This but obviously fit to the basic designCollar -- Bolero jacket. Brooch -- Star shaped with the symbol of Cassiopeia inset into it. Chest Bow -- Thin, ribbon like. See-through. Bodice -- Standard is fine. Bottoms -- Short-ish shorts, styled after the mad marionette shorts. Tiara -- Rose gold metal, thin with a star dangling from it perhaps?
Butt Bow -- Either like her chest bow or standard. Which ever looks best.
Accessories -- Standard choker, whichever color looks best. No gloves. Boots like the above image maybe? Keep the leg ribbons if possible. A pair of rose gold star dangles.
Attacks:
Sailor Scout Attack: If you take a look to your left~
Calling out the name of her attack, Cassiopeia points to the target's left side where a shimmering haze suddenly appears. What's inside the shimmering haze only the target knows but it's usually a vision of a location in which the target may really want to see or visit. The attack is purely a distraction tactic and can easily be ignored or broken out of by physical means.
Attack lasts 20 seconds or until broken and can be used 3 times in battle.
Super Sailor Scout Attack: Over on your right you'll notice...~
As before, Cassiopeia says the name of her attack but this time she points to the target's right side. A shimmering haze appears on their right side much like her first attack. However this time, along with a vision, they also gets the sounds or smells of whatever location the vision shows them to further drag them into the distraction. Can be ignored or broken out of by physical means.
Attack lasts 25 seconds or until broken and can be used three times in battle.
Eternal Sailor Attack: And that concludes the tour!
Calling out the name of his attack, Cassiopeia points at the target and once more a shimmering haze appears before them. Sights, sounds and smells assault the target, pulling them into the vision of the location and drowning out the world around them. However it lasts for only seconds as she claps her hands together as if to signal the end of a tour and drag them back to reality. The sudden shift is disorientating and can leave the target dizzy or even temporarily deaf as they adjust back to the real world.
Attack lasts for 35 seconds and can be used twice per battle.
