Occupation: Cherish also does part time at a small Crafts store called "Glitter Barn". Yes, they sell more than glitter.
Hobbies:
- Arts and Crafts -- A life without making things is a life wasted and Cherish refuses to admit to the fact at tyimes, she looks like a hipster, or teenager, or some other label. Cherish loves to paint, make sculpet toys and doodads; she's unafraid of glitter painting up old jeans, or even making her own clothes or modifying new ones. Cherish likes to create, and she sells extra little creations on Etsy for fun. It brings her joy!

Hobby Two -- Cherish learned very young her father Lawrence and brother Leonidas just can't cook. While Lawrence's food is at least passable, Cherish is the one who actually hs any cooking skill. She has a few interesting cookbooks like Good Housecooking or Thug Kitchen and relishes new dishes. She even bakes from time to time! Until her father married, Cherish ended up having to bring her father meals, but now she just makes one night a week her night for the family to come for her to cook. It's fun, she's good at it, and it feeds her girly little heart.
Swimming -- Cherish quite likes swimming. Be it lake, pond, pool, creek, river, or sea or ocean, Cherish takes swimming them as "challenge accepted". She loves to swim, she's a strong swimmer, and she's happy doing it! Exercise is just a happy side effect.

- "Fine. FINE. I'll do it." Hard Worker -- Compared to her outward, relaxed appeaqrance, Cherish is a hard worker. Used to picking up the slack when needed. Not because she's an unspoken Cinderella type or people intentionally flounce on her -- she's picked up a sense of pride in the results of her labours. This includes pride in things she makes, or when she's cleaned the apartment -- even if she has to pick up the slack, she did that and it's awesome. It's awesome because she's careful to do things right, awesome because it's tidy when needed, and awesome because she pulled off the crazy things, at times. Just don't take credit for it, she's not... Pleasant if you do..
"Did you remember to account for location?!" HSmart -- Cherish is a smart person. No, not intellegent but unwise or wise but unintelligent -- she's both. Cherish has a functyioning skill at socializing and a good grasp of things requiring intellect or insight to work out. She's smart enough to know one person doesn't represent a group, and smart enough to consider science or history enough in daily life to surprise people. Since of her immediate family she's the most unassuming, she gets a kick out of seeinng people react ti her when she manages to chat smarter people up or solve weird puzzles. It's fun-ctional.
"I got this, really. I got this." Confident -- "Ego" runs deep in the family and Cherish's egho is probably the best behaved. She's confident and proud of her skills and accomplisdhments. She has self respect and she genuinely cares about making a good impression. She knows she's the whoile deal and she walks the walk to back it, but she doesn't gloat or make an arse of herself thinking she's THE best. She doesn't need others to feed her ego. She's confident enough in herself not to really need or seek it as a rule.
Cons:
- ""Wish in one hand..." Resigned-- When you're used to how things are it's hard to change. Cherish is resigned to covering for others, picking up the slack, and doing extra or redoing others' work because it was, in her mind, done wrong, or half-assed. Not that people mean to do it bad, in her book, she's just... Resigned to being the clean-up crew, so she's usually right there sighing and saying 'well, someone has to do it', among other things. She gives, she'll do it.
"Why can't we be friends?" Naive -- Do you believe even the worst person can change, if they just try? Cherish does. She gives everyone a chance, everyone gets a hand reaching out in friendship, and everyone deserves a chance. Unless you actively attack her or break the law in front of her, Cherish is friendly and willing to give others a chance, which can get her hurt very quickly. No, she doesn't learn caution. Everyone gets treated as a new person if she meets them, even if their best friend JUST did something to cheese her off. Sometimes your wisdom score can't save you.
"He's but a worm beneath my heel" Ruthlessly Vengeful -- .Some people come up with supervilliany, Rube-Goldberg machine style revenge if provoked, or they just take rthe quick and dirty route, or the 'high feoynd'. And then there's Cherish, who is, instead of some minor 'guh' moment rathert vicious like her father and brother if provoked. She straightens up, goes from laughing happy girlbubbles to a cold, hateful, arrogant monster and she's able to put so much of her focus on her opponent.
Character Description
[Cherish is of average height, toned and of average bust, with a more rectangular build. She's caucasian and of mixed European descentl with waist length platinum blonde hair that has her bangs grown out to half an inch below her shoulders. The right bangs are brushed behind her right ear, while the left hang loose over the left side of her face, covering her left eye, although she'll play with styles and hair chalks, coloured mouses, or obhreing as well as style. Cherish has dark chocolate brown eyes that are typically round. Cherish has a smaller nose and average mouth, with a heartshaped face. Cherish likes experimenting with makeup styles, be it artsy or more normal looks (Mermaid scales to the temple, galaxy on the utter right side, and similar fun artsy styes for artsy, or wingliner and classic colorful eyeshadow for example; gloss or lipstick, ETC). Cherish's fashion has two casual modes: Cute, homemade girly clothing or off-shelft cute girly clothing, and more tomboyish t-shirts with gaming or cartoon graphics on them and boot cut jeans. In girly mode she loves uggs or classy women's shoes or ankle boots bu in more lazy tomboy days ashe likes calf boots and steel toes. And yes... She makes accessories or buys them. She's cute when she wants to be. When she's sleeveless, Cherish has an octopus-nautical themed tattoo with the bell and beak and eyes on the upper arm, and all eight arms down to her wrist trailing down her forearm.
