The dog star
Uniform Color: A Sailor Soldier will always start out with WHITE as a base color, no matter what! In addition to that they may have two additional colors. Ideally, these colors should compliment each other, but otherwise tell us what they are!
Primary Color: Brown
Secondary Color: Orange
Uniform:
Collar -- Must be some form of 'sailor' collar or bolero jacket. All senshi must have this. Brown collar, no stripes
Brooch – A silver dog paw print – dog paws typically have claws visible. Without claws, it's more a cat paw
Chest Bow – orange
Bodice – sleeveless, like sailor pluto's
Bottoms -- Skirt in brown
Tiara – Silver Tiara (If I'm allowed) with an orange jewel
Butt Bow – Orange bow with one ribbon hanging down (Or longer on one side) To look kind of like a tail
Accessories –
A loose "Dog collar" style necklace.
Gloves that come up to mid-forearm, below the elbow (Like uranus's gloves)
Ankle boots, fastened with tiny belts. The buckles would be silver like the tiara/broach. They are FLATS because who fights in high heels? Not this b***h dog lady!

Attacks: Think of these as the 'magic spells' that your Sailor Soldier has to use in battle. These attacks should fit with the theme of your senshi and flow accordingly.
Sailor Scout Attack: Sirius Growl!
An audio attack that causes physical, audio anguish. Think Sailor moon's wail in the one 90's anime episode where she cries and the youma is agonized over it. This attack can affect other senshi. It's less likely to affect those who know her/her team or senshi who aren't afraid of dogs. This can break more fragile barriers like glass or wood.
Super Sailor Scout Attack: Sirius Bark!
A more focused audio attack, less likely to affect allies/other senshi, but it can still cause discomfort, or even harm to other's ears if they aren't careful. If she focuses her attack, she can break through more sturdy barriers like concrete and bricks.
Eternal Sailor Attack: Sirius Bite!
Light based, laser-like visage of a pack of dogs charge at the enemy and "bite" which can vary in damage from wicked bruises to serious (Sirius?) wounds, bleeding, tissue damage, etc
