- Drag: -- Thomas is incredibly comfortable in his own skin, and he also likes to look good. He considers Drag to be both a fun way to engage with the world but also likes dressing up under the artistry of Drag. It got him out of a lot of the trouble that he engaged in while he was younger, though to be fair, not all of it.
Cooking -- Thomas enjoys the kitchen, while he has absolutely been raised as a fairly ’spoiled rich kid’ - he likes being able to take care of himself in the kitchen, but also the pleasure of being able to surprise people with the occasional baked good, birthday cake, or other kitchen based treats like a good, if simple dinner.
Pranks -- While he’s toned down a lot from his youth. Tom likes playing pranks on his friends. In order to keep said friends, he’s absolutely reigned it back in. But he’s also absolutely the sort of person who has an animated gif of the ‘message’ dots from various cellphone services. Thankfully most people are safe now from ‘the incident of the candy-coated onion’ since he does value being trusted in the kitchen.
Pros:
- Water off a duck’s back Chill -- Thomas is exceptionally ‘Chill’. Shaking off almost anything that the universe throws in his direction. He’s been through a lot in life, more often than not as a consequence of his own choices, so he’s willing to let a lot of things slide. This isn’t to say he hasn’t got a breaking point, it’s just much harder to get there than perhaps it once was.
You’ve got a friend in me Giving --Friends are what got Tom through the roughest times in his life, though it took him some time to see them for what they were. Now he wants to return the favor. People who land within his circle of friends have someone who at least tries to be very supportive, even if he’s not always sure of the best path. He’s there to support his friends to the best of his ability and hopes that they too will find good paths to lead them out of the darker times in their lives.
Cons:
- Ok, but it was fun up till that - Irresponsible -- While he’s gotten less self-destructive over time, there are some habits that are hard to break. While he might not go into situations with the specific thought of coming out worse for wear, he still needs to put more thought into the consequences of his actions at times well beyond the immediate moment of the choice.
Personal Space invader No Boundaries -- Thomas has an issue remembering important things like personal space. Even on the best of days, you might find him suddenly leaning over your shoulder to see what you’re focusing on. Hands-on shoulders and arms, against your back, helping himself to try something off your plate or adding things to yours. He does this without thinking, normally catching himself after the fact and forcing himself to withdraw. People who don’t like people appearing so close to them or being so friendly are going to find themselves wishing for a spray bottle so they can treat him like an offending cat.
General Appearance
A tall piece of work, he obviously cares about his physical appearance, which is something that he’s taken more care of within recent years. He sports a few blackwork tattoos, though most can’t be seen unless he’s wearing a tank top or a swimsuit. Multiple piercings still litter his ears and even along with his collar bones and lip, but he also has older marks where others were set aside as he grew out of the reason that he’d gotten them.
His eyes are a dark crimson shade that stands out against his family’s pale skin. To add a little contrast, since his own hair is a cold white on its own, he prefers to dye his undercut, and the tips of his hair a deep red to compliment his eyes. As far as clothes go, he tends to wear Whites, Greys, and blacks with just a little red. Less because he doesn't like other colors and more because it makes things ‘so much easier to toss on for the day.
