Updated, up-to date. Added new Cert requests to counter oldies that got nuked from existence.

If anyone has any questions, or concerns please get ahold of me. All Templates/Certs are OLD; but they don't seem decrypted. The current staff templates will not be available unless there are issues with the PSD downloads.. but they look fine and available still.. so, unless someone personally has an issue I will leave them alone to see how new hires can work with them to either make them better if they can edit.. or just color.
