The Crazy Man's Emporium is Open for business!
The shop within the outskirts of Vale was one that many people knew and many people of all walks of life went to. It wasn’t famous by any means but it was well known. Crazy Man’s Emporium! An establishment for the collector, or the odd and distasteful. Inside the shop it was dark and musty however, upon turning on the lights the interior would appear sparkling however, wooden. The lights were a golden hue, contrasting the dark oak of the lamps. On the walls there were paintings various sizes, well known paintings at that. With that, fine jewelry lined cabinets with shimmering gemstones of large and small sizes. There were weapons, nothing to brag about but they shined greatly, as if well taken care of. Upon the front desk of the store stood a small sign saying Ring for Service! I will be with you shortly! Behind the desk there were a number of instruments and fine clothes and curtains from different ‘vendors’. While it had so many valuable items in it, there were armed guards standing not only at the door, but on the back door- which led into an unknown back room which was remarkably dark, not even the guards could see whom was there was paid extra not to look into the back. People came in, went out, and so forth, the shop itself seemed to be alive, with its owner popping in only to sell anything to anyone- as the tales of these items were renowned and nearly sold themselves!

Julin was in the process of walking through the outskirts, his armor helping to conceal him as he made sure to always have it changed up for the head and breastplate to not be noticed so easily. He was looking at his scroll to look at the bank that one of his employers helped him set up just so he could receive pay. He stared at the money on it and tilted his head, not understanding just how much 150,000 Lien was as he rubbed his head slightly. "Nnngh...I hope I was paid fairly.... I still need to buy groceries." He told himself before he noticed something sparkling behind a window. He looked to see it was some sort of Kite shield and his eyes sparkled behind the visor of his helmet before he shook his head and slowly walked into the store.
His footsteps echoed loudly in the start as metal upon wood made such a noise, especially when the wood creaked afterwards due to the weight being put on it. He walked around inside of the store, looking around at all the trinkets and baubles inside the store. He didn't even noticed the armed guards at the door who were perplexed to just have a suit of armor come waltzing on into the store. He approached the stand and was expecting to see someone there while he was holding his Scroll before he noticed there was a sign. He leaned down, getting the words into view before he read the sign aloud softly. "Ring for service.... I'll be with you shortly?" He asked quietly before he looked down to see a small ringing bell as he raised a hand up and pressed his hand on it. It didn't ring, it made more of a tick sound, a tick that kept happening as he pressed it again, tilting his head before he chose to use just one finger and press the little button, letting it ring normally.

The One and only, the Cunning Fox Himself! Tatsuda "Mafredo" Katsuke! He is here to show the greatest of social elegence!
Currently in his own shop with various customers and a random suit of armor! On his person he has all the equipment listed in his sheet! He has no dust as of now! He has a post count of 1, counting this post! As soon as the bell rang, there would be a crashing sound and a laugh. "I'll be with you shortly!” The voice yelled. One thing that was noticeable- even in the panicked voice, it seemed to be very soft and easy to listen to- nothing near dull. In a swift blur the door to the back opened up and then he was shown. The lanky and medium sized faunus male with white hair and yellow eyes, his ears perked up a bit as his tail slowly moved about. “Why welcome to the Crazy Man’s Emporium, what can I do for you on this lovely afternoon, where the sun is shining and the sales- well they’re selling! I’m Manfredo, Or Tatsuda, whatever ya’ wish to call me sir! What can I do for ya’ today?” He asked, leaning against the bar with his arms on it. While yes, a suit of armor walking in was...odd. However, Tatsuda showed no concern as his hand now gave his head a rest and he looked at him with a grin on his face. He was a persuasive man, and was a professional in his art of charisma. “I haven’t seen you here before, not one of the usuals around this area huh? Well! That’s fine! Anything peak your fancy? Maybe I fine blade, or a book of a famous artist-” and in a hushed tone he said, “I have a few of those although I gotta’ keep those in the back~!” He said all this with a small smile with a wagging tale. His eyes peered at him, reading the suit of armor the best as he could.
Tatsuda stood up straight now, picking up a deck of cards, and started to toss the cards around as he saw others shopping around. He kept an eye on them as he flipped the single cards around his fingers, throwing it between his hands with a smile. He chose not to say anything, he knew that he was supermassive but that could work against him, angering people was a bad way to do business! Especially with a cunning con-man such as Tatsuda, whom looked like he knew everything that was in the store- which he did, in fact!
If there is any mistakes that the owner of the cunning fox, please let them know! They already are lacking the graces that Tatsuda does, tack that on there why dontcha'?

Tatsuda stopped flickering around the cards, catching them within his hair, and allowing them to sit there almost magically. “Ah that kite shield?” He asked as he went out of the bar and took it off the wall. Tatsuda knew how he got this shield- or well, the original of this shield that he had sold well before the present. He gave a small smirk on his face as he took it off the wall and brought it over to the counter. It was a full sized kite shield, much larger than Tatsuda. It was ornate in appearance, with an extremely old Noble Emblem on it. He would tap it, testing that it was steel as it made the correlating sound. “This kite shield was found by yours truly while traveling far out of Vale! About half the trip to Atlas! Found on a burnt corpse of this long dead noble house. It’s been tested multiple times, fire-proof AND acid proof, it’s resistant to scratching, rusting and ‘bout any type of damage you can think of! Whoever crafted this shield created one of the best one’s in the business, just make sure whatever’s breathin’ fire at ya’ you get behind the shield!” He said with an excited tone and a small chuckle as he offered it to him, “You can put it on if you wish to try it out~ It’s surprisingly lightweight and would fit your armored appearance perfectly!” He said with a small smile as he leaned against the counter.

He has a post count of 3, counting this post! The cards eventually fell out of his hair, where he caught them in turn. He put them together and opened a drawer- throwing them loosely in with what seemed to be money. He gave a small smirk to the man, leaning against the bar. "Well?, ya' know how ancient noble houses can be. They rise and they fall, some of them leaving behind their greatest creations! It's my job to make sure they get back. I'm the hands of the every-day citizen!"His voice seemed excited to say this- almost as if he was proud and happy to give the numerous items a fair price. "Ah! Curious of how I found the properties out, are we? Well don't worry my friend, tested over a hundred times by various sources, including a hunter from Beacon academy! If you'd like to see the papers from the testing you may!" He said, smiling widely, his tail moving back and forth, calmly but odd in it's pattern. "The material of it is a mystery to the certain, even to professionals! Maybe you can find its origin on some kinda' venture into the unknown! 'Eard they were moving out to atlas? Join 'em, maybe you'll find where that wonderful shield came from!" Whenever he tried to bend it, it was solid, however it had ash, mixed with heavy dust on it as well which coated the fingers of the man's gauntlet. "Well, pal, what kind of businessman would I be if I couldn't give you a single handled longsword! To be perfectly honest with you, my wonderful customer, I have yet to see a two handled longsword-" He said as he looked at a clearance barrel with old, tournament blades with two handles instead of one, which he promptly kicked into the backroom. "I've got some, however some of 'em maybe a bit dusty! Most people don't tend to buy blades- favoring guns but I'm glad to see someone give these pups some attention!" He carefully ducked down and grabbed a latched felt roll that clicked and clanged as he put them on the counter. With a small unlatching, he rolled the large felt roll out, being purple with gold frill outlines. There were 5, however dusty, some of them were pristine but others looked to be well used, being tinged with red on the material.

Julin watched as the Cards fell out of the man's hair before he caught them and placed them into the drawer. He raised an eyebrow at it before he mentally shook it off and listened to him speak. "The hands of the every-day citizen in the Outskirts populated by the less savory?" Julin asked calmly as he could hear the excitement in his voice before he spoke about how they were tested by various sources. As Julin squeezed upon the shield to test it, the metal did not bend, which gave him some knowledge while looking at it. 'Definitely will protect me from grievous cuts and arrows... but it won't do well against maces and heavy weapons with how sturdy it is. My arm will take the full brunt of the shock.' He thought on it before he shook his head at the offer of the testing papers. When he mentioned Atlas however and how there were people heading out, he looked perplexed, he hadn't received notice from Gallows about an Atlas mission but he shook his head. "I see, sadly I don't think I'll be going there soon enough to find out. But one day I will." He told Tatsuda as he bowed his head before he spoke about how he hadn't seen two-handed longsword, to which he kicked something into the backroom.
The sound caught Julin off guard before he blinked and watched the man as he grabbed out a felt roll after he asked about the swords. He watched the man unlatch the felt roll and could see 5 pseudo used swords, a couple of them he could see having some red at the edges that weren't clean. Now Julin understood the man's style of being in business as he rubbed his chin and began to pick each one up, holding it in his hand firmly while he turned about. In a quick flourish, he swung twice at the air and dust was quickly knocked off the blade and sent forward with a small bit of air traveling along the ground. "Hm.... sturdy but the handle feels wonky..." He spoke, setting the first blade down before he grabbed the next one, swinging it in the same fashion as he looked at it. "Hm...this one feels fitting, but the weight of the blade... what type of steel forged this one?" He asked of Tatsuda while holding to him one of the blades, with waves along the weapon, it was a type of steel indeed, but not one that Julin was familiar with.
