Like, Amaryllis and I were practically crying they were that bad." He laughed a bit, but it was a sort of haunted, hollow laugh. That was a bad end to that day.
"... I don't know what tea is, really, but Amaryllis really wants to make some. Once we do, you can try it too! All I know is it's boiling dried plants in water, and supposed to taste good." He watched Fin wade around in the water, so he slowly swam back to shore. "Hm? Oh, that's pretty! I've seen rocks like that before. It's so smooth." He smiled. "When you reached into the water like that, I thought you were trying to grab a fish. I was thinking if you wanted to fish, we could cook one."
