█BACKGROUND ▬ Sebastian is the Uncle of Bashmu Hydra. After the fall of Vacuo, Sebastian left Atlas to give his expertise and assistance to Vale to help with the influx of new people and working on defenses and military tactics. He assisted the military for few years before becoming an Assistant to the ministry of Defense at the age of 30. At age of 3 5 he would officially become a Shadow minister of Defense and continue to improve Vale and help. Unfortunately, he never returned to Atlas as it would eventually fall, but he had felt that it could hold it own. While in Vale he ended up running into a woman name Aurelia and hit it off after some intriguing circumstances. They symbolize the meaning of love and hate is just a matter of perspective.
█FUTURE PLANS ▬ He shall take over the Military and Lead it in aidou absence while also being the best Husband he can be to Aurelia. Besides that, nothing too much planned at this time.

Has an effective range of 150 Meters (normally. 300 Meters thanks to skill) and has high impact. Blade on the end is 8 inchs long. While old fashion it pacts a heavy punch. For this, he can cause people within the field to give off feelings of happiness, feelings of negativity, etc or even feelings of despair. He could also give off laughing gas, anesthetist, and other things to creatures or people within his range as well. When it comes to aura, he can make people give off the same aura signature of someone else and even can make it to where everyone in the group gives off the same feelings and signature that grim give off. This is extremely helpful for evacuation situations and infiltration, and other things. A few details need to be hashed out/added.
1 - How many toxins can he carry on him? What are their effects, how long do they last, etc? I want some added details. 2 - Bayonet is 8" long (Listed in ranged form section) 3 - How many syringe bullets does he have on him? 4 - █ *SPECIES ▬ Faunus (Snake) What kind of Snake? 5 - Just to clarify if the 150 meters is the max or 300 meters (since talent says he doubles the effective range of a weapon so I'm not sure if its taking that in account). 6 - Lastly, remove all mentions of grimm being affected. After that, should be good!
