Every character gains: 4800 Chakra to be used for techniques. SPECIFICALLY To be used for Academy techniques first!
Those unlucky few that have reached the genin cap ( 50k ) already: Gain 1 free Made Up slot instead!

Fourth of July Event Story Line!
Looks like the Fourth of July Event is Under- Wait. What? Hidden Leaf, Snow, Sand and Katana have all been attacked at the same time! Unknown shinobi have begun destroying and murdering throughout each of the villages!
With the ending of the unexpected firewor- Deadly explosions. It appears that the force that invaded and began destroying several villages has made a sudden and unexpected retreat! Which counts as a win for those brave shinobi that had come to protect their homes and the homes of their neighbors.
With that, the shinobi across the nation thank you all! A secret organization may or may not be available to join, if you can figure out how! Check the Organizations subforum.
SL1-2022 Rewards
All those that participated! +2 Made Up Slots and 8000 Chakra ( Per character that participated | For Stats + Techniques ) If you're at or will go over 50,000 Chakra ( and not willing to become a missing nin for the loot ) Or just would rather have them instead: +1 Made Up additional.
ALSO! When Updating add: [ SPCL-NIN Token ] to your inventory. It could be useful in the future. wink

Activity Announcement!
Starting Today ( 11-10-22 ) and lasting until December 1st:
Base word multiplier will start at x2 for everyone.
Also! As a bonus, If you write 5,000 words by yourself ( per character )
OR
Write 10 posts ( of your own, per character ) with one or more other people.
You can automatically rank up your character's rank ONCE, per character. You will also receive one [ SPCL-NIN ] Token for that character.
These tokens can be cashed in, on the Guild discord for any item/armor/weapon/curse mark/Demon/etc from the Special Nin Additions subforum.
If the chosen thing is not updated, it will be updated promptly and then you can choose whether you'd still want it, or rather pick something else! This works for currently owned tokens as well
FINALLY
We have a invite bonus from now until We say otherwise.
For every person you get to join the guild ( starting now ): +2 stats when they join. +3 stats when they join the discord. +5 stats when they post a profile.
These stats can be added to all your currently made characters.
If they remain active, and reach 30,000 chakra with their first character: +10 Additional Stats, + 2 free Made Up slots, 10,000 Chakra for techniques only.
These can be split up between characters, but are not for all of them.
Edit* Also! Your invited friend gains +10 stats and +1 free Made Up during their profile creation. And gain identical rewards as those that invited them, upon their first character reaching 30,000 Chakra!

Vicious Turkey-like creatures have appeared across the Shinobi Realm. They have invaded every village, spreading far and wide and quickly creating chaos across the villages. They aim for flesh. Break bone. They are numerous, and unending.
If you want to protect your village.. Protect yourselves..
Fight back.
Angry Turkeys have begun attacking all villages. You can fight them on your own, or in groups. Kill as many as you can, stop their destruction!
Turkey Stats
HP: 100 Mental HP: 100
SPD: 30 STR: 30 DEF: 30 INT: 30 RES: 30 SPI: 30
If using AoE attacks, the first turkey has base reaction. Each additional turkey as +5, continued indefinitely. ( IE: Turkey 1; 30. Turkey 2; 35. Turkey 3; 40. Etc )
For this event, you can describe and fight them yourselves anyway you wish. Just list the number of turkeys you kill on your post.

Baker's Catastrophe!
It's a wonderful time to bake goodies and sweets.
Yet it appears that the sweats are not sweet at all!
Gingerbread men, and woman, have come alive!
Bloodthirsty Gingerbread men are attacking all the villages across the Shinobi Realm! Wielding candy canes and other festive treats and items, they are attacking everyone in their path!
Gingerbread men are attacking the villages, fight them alone or in groups! Kill as many as you can to save the holiday cheer!
Two Tiers of Gingerbread men!
Tier ONEAnyone under 50,000 Chakra
HP: 50 Mental HP: 50
SPD: 20 STR: 20 DEF: 5 INT: 20 RES: 20 SPI: 20
Tier TWOAnyone over 50,000 Chakra
HP: 100 Mental HP: 100
SPD: 30 STR: 30 DEF: 5 INT: 30 RES: 30 SPI: 30
Combat Information! When attacking more than one target: Each additional target gains +5 Reaction vs the attack.
IE: An attack speed of 45 = First Target's Reaction ( 30 ) - 45 = 15 - 5 ( 2nd target ) = 10 - 10 ( 3rd target ) = 0 | So you can hit 3 targets.
