Okay, from the first episode of the first OVA she only had one gem and no LHW, but she was still very powerful, I would say much higher than street level.

Any other Ideas for teams for a Battle. If so we can make a huge list of the tag teams and How they work together and If there powers will work Nicely together. And Find out what team comes out on top.

SandMan (spiderman) and Red-X (teen Titans)
VS...
Gaara (naruto) and Sasuke (naruto
SandMan is probably enough on his own, with Red-X covering him the ninja's don't stand a chance.
Match two!
Batman (do you have to ask?) and Shikamaru (naruto)
VS...
Edward Elric (FMA) and Guts (Berzerk.)
Guts is a frickin' monster. He could overpower and outspeed Batman, and Edward's range and intelligence are enough to block Shikamaru's best jutsus.
Now the ladies match-ups
Match one!
Poison Ive (Batman) and Terra (teen titans)
Vs
Milly (trigun) And Ryoko (Tench Muyo)
Ryoko... lol. Just for fun, let's say Milly gets a lucky shot on Terra, leaving Ivy to take on Ryoko. That'd be fun for maybe .5 seconds.
Match two!
Thunder Empress Arshes Nei (b*****d!!) and Hinata (naruto)
VS
Robin (Witch Hunter Robin) and Charlotte Elbourne (Vampire Hunter D)
