Belisarius is a Immense city that houses many of the noble houses and citizenry alike, it is also the seat of the Elven Nation, and the Home of the Belisarius Storm Guard.
Belisarius rests within a Massive Ravine which lies to the Center of the Great Forest. The city has many Districts.
The Merchant District which houses all things trade and economics of the forest, merchants and traders come here to buy and sell to everyone.
The Military District Which houses the Majority of the Elven Military, most notably the Belisarius Storm Guard.
The Residential District is made up of both common and noble residence, and is where the Vast majority of Belisarius Residence reside. There are some outside of the city, and many who live within the great trees of the forest.
The Government District houses all things pertaining to the Elven nation, from the Elven Council Chambers, to the Ambassadorial offices, and many other things which are necessary to have a functioning nation.
Outside of the City within the fields which surround the capital city, is where most of the Agricultural districts are, there are some up in the forest as well.
from the cliffs which separate the forest and the capital city within the ravine there are only a handful of paths safe for travel with horse, Carriage, or by foot. Some of the paths at one time might have allowed for heavier transports, but now only one truly allows for anything bigger than a carriage, this path is the southern access.
