Bumping for later. I am back again and am frustrated at the inability to fish. That was one of my absolute faves on here! Ugh!
Note its not a perfect system. I wrote the information 2years ago and after changing computers it is far less consistent for me. Without a deeper understanding my current theory is something in windows 10 firewall itself after switching from 7 to 10.
