“It's a cruel and random world, but the chaos is all so beautiful.” ╔══⚸♪✧☾ ☥ ❀ ☥ ☽✧♪⚸══╗ Yuliya could only gape at the sheer audacity of this guy, which was saying something considering all the crap he was already spewing! She might be ridiculously stubborn but at least she could accept when she royally messed something up and apologize. Not to mention that all of this was really getting her companion even more steamed, she didn't even realize that so much rage could come from such a tiny body. Very impressive in her opinion but that was really neither here nor there, she'd compliment Mili on her sassy levels later on. "Yeah that door is definitely a hazard, cause I know I didn't knock on it hard enough for the whole thing to fall over. You likely would've been in some trouble if either of us had been injured. And if this is your definition of being cordial I'd hate to see what you consider being rude." She piped up while shaking her head. "Also way to make assumptions about people and their upbringings! You call us entitled brats, but you do know that not all wizards and therefore students at this school come from high class families right? Some people have come from very little just to attend a school like this. Now I'll readily admit that my family is well off but that doesn't mean I'm entitled or here to mess around, I came to this school to be able to make a living for myself so I won't have to rely on the name and money of my family which as far as I can tell is so far and away from being entitled. You are really a whole piece of work! I so hope that if something bad goes down and people are in danger, they find help from someone other than you who probably does give at least half a crap, won't blame people for problems that are their fault and don't insult people!" Her free hand was clenching and unclenching as she really resisted the urge to just run up and punch this man, because the thought was becoming really tempting and just poking at his chest wasn't as satisfying. She let out a sigh and gave a nod, pinching the bridge of her nose. "You are totally right, we're pretty much just going in circles with this dude and I can safely say we're both really annoyed by this. We could try to find a much better guard on campus if you want, or do something else I'm down for whatever." She offered to her friend with a smile. As far as Yuliya was concerned right now, the guard, if she could even call him that, could take a long walk off a short cliff. ☪ ❝OOC❞: ╚══⚸♪✧☾ ☥ ❀ ☥ ☽✧♪⚸══╝

Devian sighed as Mili started talking again and he groaned. "Again, you werent listening to a think I said. I said consider when I said I could've been off duty. It's like you were so ready to be offended that it was no use to even try to explain myself...because even after I did you used things I have already explained to justify your wrongdoings." Devian yawned with a hand to his mouth putting in the extra effort to show how bored he was. "I said I was on duty here are the guard house to watch out for variables like you. Which, yeah...I'm on duty then~ You lack serious focus and I doubt you'll make anything useful of yourselves. You need to be able to retain information effectively. You have both shown several instances in which you haven't been able to do that in the short time I've known you. So? You going to leave er what? I got some work here to do. The door isn't going to fix itself~ I'm not an entitled little wizard brat, of which you two have given me no actual proof you aren't spoiled other than your words, and considering how you retain information I think we both know that means about jack s**t." He said seeing that he was actually provoking them well. Devian seemed to hit some sore spots and he was going to drill at them until he got them to leave. He was irritated but it was at least satisfying to know he wasn't the only one. He cracked his neck then moved on to his back stretching out. He picked up the broom and placed it against the bar. He started to do chores again humming his music and waited a couple of second before looking at them again. "You're still here? I would go now~ Like you two should probably go study and do what you gotta...er whatever..." Devian wiping down the bar. He was curious how they would react to his nonchalant attitude. They seem to like it less when he dismissed them the few times before. And this was interesting to him.

 It was obvious what the guard was doing. Very obvious. Mili folded her little arms across her chest and left her hardened gaze on him as she spoke to her newfound friend. ”Look at how much he’s had to back track. Putting on a front. It’s nice to know who we can’t rely on. I doubt he could even fix the door on his own. Bulldoze the whole tower because there’s no point in having it or guards if they’re this sad and useless.” The small young lady shrugged her shoulders, sliding her gaze up and to the left for a moment before shifting it to Yuliya’s slightly taller form. ”Lets do some detective work of our own. I’m sure we could do way better than this bozo.”Mili started thinking back to those little books she occasionally read about kids taking matters into their own hands. And, while they weren’t really kids anymore, they probably could do their part. The guards voice interrupted her thoughts, aiding her eyes to narrow at him. ’So annoying...’ The petty part of her wanted to take a seat and just stick around. The other side wanted to get an iced coffee and wander the school grounds with Yuliya to learn more about her. She seemed like Mili’s kind of person. Her little hand squeezed Yuliya’s, almost as if signaling to her that she was quickly getting heated again.

“It's a cruel and random world, but the chaos is all so beautiful.” ╔══⚸♪✧☾ ☥ ❀ ☥ ☽✧♪⚸══╗ Yuliya sighed and rolled her eyes. "Yeah it was hilariously infuriating at first but now? Now it's just getting so sad. I've seen better attempt at backtracking, you really need to up your game man." She muttered reaching a hand up to lightly scratch her head now feeling completely bored of this situation. Looking over at her little friend she grinned and let out a laugh. "Pfft! Oh come on, I'm sure he's just the terrible outlier and the other guards are much more competent at their jobs. There always has to be someone at the bottom of the barrel after all, it's like the rule of the world." Her eyes lit up and an even bigger grin tugged at her lips. "Aw yes! That's what I was planning on doing in the first place! Only reason I didn't was because I wanted to see what you were doing. Let's solve a mystery, and maybe see a dead body!" She cheered bouncing on her heels. Her excitement died down a bit when she felt Mili squeeze her hand. She gently gave a squeeze back before giving Devian one last glare. It usually wasn't her role but Yulia felt like she had to be the levelheaded one in this case before her new friend blew up again and wasted even more time. "Come on let's get out of here, it's obvious we're not going to get anything of substance here. Let's go do something much more fun and fulling!" She chirped all but tugging the smaller girl along as she turned and headed for the exit, stepping on the fallen door once more. "Have fun 'guarding' the guardhouse or whatever it was you said you were doing mister guard!" She gave a small wave over her shoulder and despite the cheerfulness of her tone there was an obvious bit of sarcasm under it. ☪ ❝OOC❞: ╚══⚸♪✧☾ ☥ ❀ ☥ ☽✧♪⚸══╝

Devian allowed the girls to get in their jabs since they were after all seeming to leave so why would he retort to keep them here. He wasn't in much of a mood to have more wizards in the guard house. What they said didn't affect him since he felt they were far below inferior to him and the guards. Nothing they could say could make him think any differently and he wasn't really in the market to buy what they were spewing out.
Devian couldn't help but wave 'bye' as they talked about leaving. He couldn't be more happy to move on with his day of cleaning. As the girls were leaving Devian walked over to the door and lifted it back up. He then looked at why it would fall since the guardhouse was quite sturdy.
"I wonder where those went..." Devian said aloud at he looked at the missing hinge spikes that kept the door together. It wasn't something that he thought about before this moment. He looked around seeing if he could find them nearby. When he found there was no luck he sighed and just went back to cleaning. He turned his music back on and began to dance again with a bottle of rum now. Every other turn he was taking a quick swig to keep him on the brighter side of things.

Though the temperamental little witch had her petty moments, she’d allow Yuliya to pull her from the guard house without putting up even the slightest bit of a fight. It wasn’t worth it. And, in their attempt at getting help, much time was wasted. The body was probably being moved off campus and now they might not even get to see it! Outside of the guard house, Mili huffed. While one hand kept hold of Yuliya’s, the other swept a few strands of hair out from in front of her face. Those side swept bangs were right at the length that allowed them to poke at the eyes and it was always the most frustrating thing about keeping them that length. ”Ugh! What a waste of time.” Brilliant blue eyes lifted to peer up at her new friend, her gaze softening at the realization. A friend. Her first friend. And it was so...easy. The small student almost breathed a sigh of relief at the idea of possibly having someone to help her get through these next few years at the academy. ”Maybe we can get an iced coffee on the way. You know...before we try and figure out where that body was at. The way I heard people talking, it’s a common thing to happen. Maybe the same person?” As she spoke her eyes lowered, wandering to lazily view the campus around them as she took a moment to think and gave Yuliya a chance to add in whatever she liked.

"Yeah we probably should've left earlier but that guy was really aggravating and I've never been one to back down from an argument. It's.. gotten me into more than my fair share of trouble I'll admit. But more importantly, I didn't think a cute little thing like you could get so sassy! That was really impressive back there shutting down that dummy's nonsense!" She chirped with a laugh. The energetic witch blinked for a moment before grinned and nodding. "Yeah sure that sounds good to me! Oh snap really? Huh then I better be careful, I have a penchant for finding myself in sticky situations. Something about being kinda reckless and the fact that I don't feel like normal people do.. but that's neither here nor there! Let's regroup and plan our next course of action! I heard there's a café in the town near here so we should here there! " She said with a twinkle in her eyes as she gently pulled her new friend away from the guard house and onwards to town! ☪ ❝OOC❞: Sorry this took soo long! To say Zander sprinted through the rain into the Guard house was an understatement. When the door was slung open, he was soaked with water. His clothing clung to him. His eyes had even begun to glow dangerously. He was hungry. Extremely hungry. He saw Devian sweeping or cleaning, he wasn't sure what. He rushed toward the fridge, pulling it open and reaching for a blood pack. He didn't btoher saying hello to Devian until most of the pack was done. When he finally finished he leaned against the counter and seemed to look absolutely exhausted. He was now dripping on the previously clean floor. "Sorry to distrub you." He barely paid notice to the clear puddle he was creating.
