 Setsuna The Wolf Demon
Wolf formSetsuna, a young wolf demon, was waiting for her papa to return home. She was sitting by the door on the couch waiting for him to get home from a trip that he had to take. He was a demon lord and as such had certain responsibilities to attend to. She was his biological daughter. Her mother wasn't in the picture since she died soon after Setsuna was born, so it had been just Setsuna and her papa. Setsuna was her papa's little princess so she was never left home alone. Her papa had servants that answered his every whim and helped care for Setsuna who could be a handful but also very sweet.

 Azriel Damon is your average demon lord, who had been in a slight rough spot with his work but was still dealing with the loss in his life. He had married a wolf inu/shapeshifter, a kind woman who he met at a younger age, which after their wedding he felt the happiest he had ever been. However after he lost her after Setsuna, he was both devastdd but happy. Happy that his beautiful daughter was but was devasted and scared because his daughter wouldnt have a mother which he worried she would follow in his footsteps. Azriel sighed as he already had to deal with things at work, which upon returning home though, seeing Setsuna waiting for him made him smile, "Theres my little girl, how was your day?" He said happily to her.

Setsuna The Wolf Demon Wolf formUpon hearing familiar footsteps coming closer to the door, Setsuna's tail started to wag happily. She got even happier when she saw her daddy coming through the door. "Daddy!" She said as he came through the door in her usual sweet way before she hugged her daddy running into his arms. "It good now that daddy home!" She added happily as she hugged his leg having missed him while he was gone. "Daddy stay?" She asked hoping he was done with work for a while and would want to play with her.

He laughed as she hugged his leg and he saw her tail wagging fast which he knelled down, picked her up and held her in his arm as he smiled, "Im glad that youre doing better and Daddy promises to be home more often, hes just been busy." He said kindly as he walked further into the house with her, "Have you been good for the servants?" He asked kindly since he had some of them make sure she was playing and listening to her tutor he had teaching her.

Setsuna giggled as her papa picked her up and when he asked if she was good for the servants, she nodded saying "Yes papa. Me was good girl." She said sweetly as she smiled as he held her. She loved her papa and always had. She didn't care if she didn't have a mommy, she knew her papa would be there for her whenever she would need him. She loved that he always said goodnight to her and that she was his pride and joy in life.

Azriel smiled as she hugged and held onto him as he walked through the small mansion and would get things done around the house a bit, "Im glad you are a good girl, means you wont get in trouble right." He said as he wanted nothing but the best and he hoped she took more after her mother. His job was, well it was dark and would have some bloodshed in it, and even though Setsuna would semi be classified as a hell house being a wolf demon, he hoped he could keep her away from his road. He would soon take her to the kitchen so they could eat dinner, having the cook make her favorite meal for having been well behaved while he was gone.

Setsuna nodded smiling happily as he held her in his arms. Later on, after dinner, she was getting ready for bedtime. She got her bath, which after drying off, her fur puffed out from the static electricity which made her laugh. Once she was bathed and dried off, she got her pajamas on and went to Azriel's office. She knocked on the door, and went inside. "Papa?" She said coming into the room, smiling as she peeked inside. She hoped that he'd read her a story and tuck her into bed. Setsuna never really thought about what happened to her mother since she didn't want to make Azriel sad from her question. She'd seen pictures of her mother around their home, but never really knew who the woman was. She only knew that the woman had the same color fur as Setsuna and that Setsuna had her mother's eyes.

Azriel looked at his work papers and signed some, sighed over others as he knew things were getting to him. He worked hard and even though money was not much of a problem for him, he wanted nothing but the best for his daughter. When he heard her at the door, he turned and smkled as he got up and walked over to her, "Hey my little pup, you should be in bed shouldnt you." He said happily as he carried her to her room, tucking her in and sat on the edge of the bed, "So you want to hear a story huh? What kind of story would you want to hesr about?" He asked curiously to her.

Setsuna had picked out a storybook about her favorite legend. Though it wasn't scary, she loved it very much since she was only a little girl. It always made her feel happy and safe whenever her papa was, or even wasn't around. She loved whenever her papa would tell her about the mystery of the Myst. It was a very good story for her since it had everything a little girl's mind could think of. "Can papa read The Mystery of the Myst pwease?" She asked as she got the book from her nightstand drawer and placed it in her lap hoping he'd read it to her again.

He looked at the book and lightly smiled, "Okay, ill read you the Mystery of the Myst." He said gently picking up the book and would begin to read it for his little girl. He watched as her tail would sway as she listened but as he read he watched as she would begin to fall asleep and by the end, he gently leaned down kissing her forehead, "Sleep tight my little sweet heart." He said softly as he was still truly happy that he had her as his little girl.

The next morning, Setsuna was up and walking around the small mansion towards her papa's room as she always did when he was home. She had her favorite stuffed bunny that she'd had ever since she was a baby in one hand and was walking towards her papa's room at the same time. Once there, she peeked into his room, and went over to his bed, before she crawled underneath the covers and snuggled against her papa, nuzzling against his chest as she came to the top of the bed sleepily.

Azriel was laying in bed, his mind working on so many things at once, which wasnt out of the ordinary. He didnt sleep like a normal human, only requiring a few hours at least, he saved his dreams for his late wife who he missed terribly. His train of thought was broken as he noticed a little child sized bump move under the bed sheet like a mole in the dirt. He laughed lightly as she got to him and he lifted the blanket with a smile, "Good morning my little pup, how did you sleep?" He asked kindly moving her up so he could hug her as he sat up in bed.

Setsuna smiled as the covers were lifted from her body before she crawled over to her papa and hugged him happily. "Me swept good, daddy." She said sleepily as she stayed close to him with her stuffy in one arm. She yawned a bit before asking "How daddy sweep?" as she looked at him with a sleepy look. She'd just woken up and like all kids her age, she was having a little difficulty but snuggles from her papa always helped her to wake up.

He lightly smiled as she spoke, she reminded him so much of her mother that it was constantly saddening but he made sure she couldnt see that. He was glad she slept well, "Daddy slept just fine." He assured his daughter as he would then get out of bed, holding her in his arms, "How about we have your favorite pancakes made?" He asked happily to her, which be figured that giving her a good breakfast would be best for her but knew she wouldnt be as happy as she would be tutored. She was taught in a small group with a couple other non-human children, their parents having been friends of Setsuna's mother of course.

Setsuna nodded sleepily as he held her in his arms. "Me stay home wif daddy." She stated as she buried her face in Azriel's neck cutely. She liked her tutor but wanted to spend the day with her daddy more. She didn't get to do that sometimes. Whenever she didn't she would put on a brave face and do her work but deep down, she just wanted to be with her daddy more than anything. She always felt lonely whenever he had to go away without her. Setsuna had seen other kids spending time outside with their fathers and having fun but lately she and Azriel weren't able to do so due to his job.
