User ImageGama grinned. Her first training task would be a race. She was not being cocky, she understood she had the disadvantage because of her size and short legs. But she had been this small all her life and she had learned quick that if she wanted to hang with the big hops she would have to keep up. To say she was fast would be an understatement. She had learned to move in such a way that she more then made up for her size at this point in her life. "Make it into the sunporch on the Farmhouse and back before the rabbits in the farmhouse notice you!" Twine says to her not even trying to hide the fact that she does not think Gama will make it.

Gama also had the disadvantage of being white as a full moon. So she could understand Twine's lack of confidence. Laying down in the barn dirt, Gama rolled around in it to darken her fair up a little giving her a dusty dirty brown color that kind matched the wood of the barn. It was not much of a cover but it was better then bright white.

Looking to Twine she took one last deep breath in. As she released the air she took off at a dead run. Her feet wear soft as she raced a crossed the dry dusty ground of the barn. It was one of the advantage of being so small. As she was able Gama would use the shadows as cover or even a couple of logs or barrels.

Just up ahead Gama took notice of a sleeping hare right in her path. "Well that sucks" She thought but there was no real save way to get around the hare without being seen. Thankfully she was in the Pop Up Party Buns and her roll was tricks and entertainment. With an elegant leap she forward flipped into that air and right over the sleeping hare. Landing with a soft thud she stilled just long enough to make sure the hare was still sleeping then took off for the last little distance to the sunporch.

It was the easy part getting to the porch but now she had to get back to Twine. Hiding behind a post she looked around the barn form the porch. She knew taking the same path back would be a bad idea. If any of the hares had had a six senses and thought they saw something then they would be looking right in that path. "The other side of the barn then, in the shadows." she thought with a metal nod.

Taking off she raced back to where Twine was waiting. This side of the barn gave more shadows to hid behind and more cover but the was also a challenge. It ment more things to move around and jump over. Luckily Gama was small and she was able to get around things that a normal sized hop might not be able to.

Racing the last stretch on to Twine, Gama came to a stop in front of the hare. Panting for air the adrenalin for the victory of making it to the other side and back ran through her blood. She had done it, she had made it unseen and she was kinda surprised that she had. Normal she was trying to get attention by entertaining others but this had been the exact opposite. Lesioning she caught her breath and tried to see if any hares were talking about her but it seemed as though she really had gone undetected through the barn.

"Yes I really really did it." Gama called out and flipped into the air and landed on her hind paws with a thud. In the barn an unknown hare call out "What was that? Who is there?" Gama giggled at her silly mistake and act of excitement. "Well I mostly made it. I do not really think it counts as a failure since the race was only to make it to the sunporch and back unseen and not to stay unseen after I made it back." Gama tried to justify to Twine who simple shook her head and gave a unapproving glare. Gama knew deep down that in the games there would be no room for errors like that, thank goodness this was training.
