The skin on my nose has a callus from wearing an n95. I miss actually connecting with patients.

If I don't wear my glasses it isn't so bad. The blister on my nose popped. Squinting is ok.

Ouch, but at least it will all heal nicely once you are no longer required to wear it. I just know that the alternative to wearing it, is the increased risk of getting the virus and that sounds worse to me.
From the relative safety of my home, I say... stay safe out there.

I was just venting. The blister on my nose has not decided if it will be a callous yet. I think some major changes are coming with all of this. I'm happy to work the COVID side of our unit...many of my co-workers have health issues or family with health issues. They shouldn't be put in a position where they might infect their family.

I can spray myself with virex when I leave work and then shower with my outside system.
