Medical Ninjutsu ○ (医療忍術, Iryō Ninjutsu) xx▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ is a branch of ninjutsu associated with healing, as well as the manipulation of their own, or another's body, practiced by shinobi categorized as "medical-nin". The use of medical ninjutsu requires very advanced chakra control, as well as extensive knowledge on such things as herbs, medicines, the human body and even poisons.The knowledge of medical ninjutsu can be used for a variety of purposes apart from simply healing, such as creating and treating poisons.

• Hōtai seisei [Bandage Creation]
In case you are unable to heal a wound fully, this technique allows you to take anything from a blade of grass to the bark of a tree and turn it into a bandage by infusing chakra into it. However, the size of the bandage will take longer to create.
• Kihon chiyu no pāmu [Basic Healing Palm]
This is one of the first healing techniques that a medic nin will learn throughout the course of their training. At this stage, the only thing that can be fully healed is wounds that do not breach too far into the second layer of skin or to decrease the pain suffered by a much deeper wound. This also works to remove a very simple infection, but no poison. However, it will take some time for the user to adjust to such a focused usage of chakra.
• Piasushīrudo [Pierce Shield]
This technique works hand in hand with that of Kihon chiyu no pāmu depending on the user's situation. Using this technique causes the user's chakra to mold around the weapon embedded in the body of the user or teammate. It's a basic technique taught to young medics to prevent them from further harming themselves or others by unsteadily removing the foreign object.
• Shindan [Diagnosis]
The first step in treatment is understanding the problem. With this skill a shinobi uses their hands to carefully probe a patient for problems. This technique is preformed by kneeling over a patient and slowly running both hands over their body, looking for signs of injury that may not be visible to the naked eye. It can detect things such as internal injury, improper heart rate, non-apparent bone fractures, poisoning, and disease. A ninja of higher rank has learned to use this technique to perform a rudimentary examination of a body to determine cause and time of death. A Genin using this skill takes several minutes of work to determine the nature of a problem, a Chuunin takes less than a minute and a Jounin requires only a few seconds.
• Jyokin no Jutsu [Bacteria Elimination Technique]
The user's hands glow a pale green light, the shape of the 'chakra flame' resembles a small dagger.
Effect: It disinfects local areas (specific parts of the body, or items) by killing off 99.9% of bacteria and other nasties, or can disinfect a whole room for more skilled ninja.

• Chakura no Mesu [Chakra Scalpel]
This medical technique forms one's chakra into a small, sharp blade. This can then be used for highly accurate incisions necessary for surgeries and anatomical dissections. Unlike regular scalpels, the chakra scalpel can make cuts inside the body without actually creating an open wound, limiting the risks of an infection.
The chakra scalpel can also be used offensively, although it requires great precision to be effective. Because of this requirement, using the chakra scalpel offensively is highly unusual. In heated combat, even the greatest medical-nin won't be able to exert the precision needed to make fatal cuts, but it can still effectively cut muscle tissues and tendons, rendering the target immobile.
Adding to the technique's blade like quality, it also appears to give the user an increased level of durability over their chakra clad hands.
• Shuhō hīringu [Healing Technique]
This is the next step to learning how to properly and more effectively heal someone. The user creates an orb of chakra and moves it over the injured areas to heal them. However, this does not effect extensive internal wounds.
• Doku no chūshutsu [Poison Removal]
The user places their palms over the injection sight and seeps their chakra into the area. With careful movements and chakra control, the poison is pulled out and completely removed. This technique will take longer depending on how long the poison has been in and it does not work well on more sever poisons that cause instant death.
• Shōdoku [Disinfection]
The user covers their hands in a thin layer of chakra that removes any bacteria and virus to prevent infecting the receiver of the healing process.
• Kizudate no Jutsu [Wound Shield Technique]
The user summons up a barrier that can be used to encase the patient and the user to prevent any debris or bacteria entering the operation area. It also grants them the ability to camouflage within the environment. Summarily, it's like a portable tent when an operation / cutting open of the body (lol) is needed, but the environment is too harsh to operate, and there are no suitable clinics around. It also disinfects the surrounding area once it is established. However, the barrier can be broken by sharp, penetrating attacks. (Genin level: C-rank attacks, Chuunin level: B-rank, Jounin: A-rank)
Effect: creates a barrier that can be used to protect patients from undesirable weather or conditions.

• Sakuran no pāmu [Derangement Palm]
The user charges chakra in her/his fist and palm thrusts the opponent, damaging their central nervous system. This causes the opponent to have a brief disruption of information to throughout the system leaving them open for another attack.
• Hone shūfuku [Bone Repair]
This technique helps a user reconstruct basic fractures and some more extensive breakage amongst bones. However, this technique does not regrow bones or make the healing process comfortable for the receiver.
• Acupuncture
A medical form that stabs nerve points with needles. It can either be used for aid, to invigorate a limb or similar, or if used correctly, can disable body parts and make them unable to perform actions. However, you can’t really kill someone with acupuncture (a skilled acupuncturist can however, fake death – that level of skill would be around Chuunin to Jounin level), and you cannot disable vital internal organs. If arm is disabled, certain seals can still be performed – which means jutsu can be used.
Also, for example, a whole leg cannot be disabled by one needle – a specific part of the leg may disable from the knee to the ankle down, but the toes and thighs could still function.
Effect: disables body part(s) for 3 posts.

• Ranshinshō [Body Pathway Derangement]
An extremely high-level technique, used as a medical ninjutsu. The human body is controlled with electrical signals from the brain, but a person who had those electrical signals cut off with this technique will become unable to make their body move as they want. By transforming the chakra within one's body and giving it the properties of electricity, one creates an electric field. As soon as a strike of the hand lands, electricity is poured into the enemy's nervous system, severing the signals and deranging their body control. The target's body moves in any way, except how they want it to move. For the common shinobi, battle, not to mention even just walking, will become impossible.
However, the victim can partially overcome the technique if they manage to relearn the connection between their brain and their limbs. This feat however is not an easy one and takes a high amount of concentration and intelligence.
• Shōsen Jutsu [Mystical Palm Technique]
This medical ninjutsu allows the user to speed up the body's natural healing process by sending chakra from their hands into a wound or afflicted body part. This allows the user to heal a patient without the need for medical equipment or surgery, making it very useful on the battlefield. It can be used to treat both external and internal injuries. It is vital to match the amount of chakra used to the severity of the affliction or injury. This requires a great amount of chakra control. Because of this, only a few highly skilled medical-nin are able to use this technique.
• In'yu Shōmetsu [Yin Healing Wound Destruction]
A medical ninjutsu where one anticipates the spot the enemy will attack and pre-emptively applies medical treatment to it, reducing damage to a minimum. The user concentrates chakra to that area and begins the cell recreation process even before the targeted area becomes damaged. Using opponent's facial expression and movements, the technique's speed and power, the user analyses everything in an instant and accurately deduces where the attack will land. Even more than accurately predicting the attack or instantly gauging the situation, a great resilience is necessary.
• Dokunuki no Jutsu [Poison Extraction Technique]
This ornate jutsu uses chakra to literally pull foreign materials from someone's body, no doubt requiring precise control on the user's part to avoid causing further internal injuries to their patient.
Effect: Removes the effects of poison in addition to healing.
• Chakra Scalpels
The user's hands glow sharp blue with chakra, and they can be used to surgically cut flesh and make precise incisions without the risk of bleeding. They can be used offensively in combat, although it requires delicate chakra control and is incredibly draining without the use of soldier pills or other medicines that enhance body peformance.
Effect: creates chakra scalpels that can be used for surgery or for offensive attacks.
• Ranshinshō [Important Body Points]
By converting her chakra into electricity and striking the enemy, Tsunade is able to disrupt the signals that are sent from the brain to the opponent's nervous system in order to function. For example, if someone tried to move their right arm, a different part of the body would move in the way they wanted their right arm to move. However, the victim can partially overcome the technique if they manage to relearn the connection between their brain and their limbs.
Effect: Immobilizes one opponent for the rest of the fight.

• Saibō no Kasseijutsu [Cell Activation Technique]
Used only in the most dire of surgical procedures to increase the patient's survival rate if even by a single percentage, this technique employs a great level of refined chakra control to simultaneously activate all the cells in a person's body. This is done in order to cause the body to be able to repair itself even while the medical-nin is operating, restoring damaged tissues, and bone structures while healing the target during more invasive and delicate procedures.
• Sōzō Saisei [Creation Rebirth]
By releasing a seal somewhere on the user's body, chakra is dispersed and stimulates the proteins of the user's body to increase the speed of cell division and reconstruction of cells for as long as they have enough chakra. This allows one to recreate all organs and tissues, thus it is known as the absolute pinnacle of medical ninjutsu. The technique itself does not regenerate the old cells, rather it hastens the creation of new ones through division. However, a body's cells can only split a certain number of times in a lifetime, and by speeding up this process, the user is shortening their natural lifespan.
Effect: Almost instantaneously heals its user and speeds up the production of new cells. However, dependent upon the duration of the technique, much of the user's longevity is decreased. Use of this technique is very dangerous, with single uses taking even a few years off of the lifespan of its user.
