We understand your concern over the lack of the private messaging feature on the mobile app. It's an important feature especially for mobile. We recently added more resource to focus on the mobile app and will be working on PM in the near future.

Sorry for the delay, we've been tweaking the gold granting engine and there's been some bugs where the cap isn't resetting the way we wanted to. We should have the problem fixed very soon, probably tonight or tomorrow.

This item only has a paws version from what I could find. I like this item a lot but I do not use it as a base. Could you make a human version for a future RIG, please? Before anyone tells me to quest for a ticket, I don't want to do that as I would like everyone to have access to this item if they were to make a human version. Yes there isn't a human based version of this item. We will consider a human version in the future.

When a new Chance tem is released do the items inside release throughout the day? (As in at first are only several items released at start and then more are released later)
All items in the chance items are the same once the item is created. The difference is that the items inside are usually not marked as released until someone obtains it, and it won't be available in avatar maker until the item is being sold in the marketplace.

I totally feel like Chucklefish stole this from Gaia. lol But I find fishing in Stardew a ton easier than on Gaia with just the clicking mechanic than the movement mechanic, probably easier on mobile too ?

Hi, for your loyal supporters, gamers, patrons, players, users such as myself whom have dedicated 10 plus years to this site with their time, money, love and the nostalgia of the Gaia days of old which keeps us here may we please have some transparency when it comes to these tickets, especially the project platinum. Many of us have worked hard for these expensive and highly sought after tickets and are honestly feeling ignored. The Queue is ridiculously long (3+ years) queue and has not been updated in over 6 months. Can we please be respectfully supplied some information? I submitted two tickets recently and did not even receive the automated email stating it was received like I did 2 years ago.

Hello, we have been working on devising a plan to tackle Project Custom.
Unfortunately we just haven't been able to fully achieve this plan yet.
We have no intention of just ignoring PC and hope to eventually get a good move on things again.
We are very sorry for the wait everyone has been enduring and it doesn't feel right to us either, we can ensure you that.
Once we get our plans finalized and moving, we can expect some more movement on the queue. Our staff is small but we are trying.

I've heard of reports where some items might be missing when a marketplace listing had expired, but not by itself. Please let us know which account and what timeframe you think the item was last seen and we an look into where the item is. All items are tracked so we should be able to find out if it's traded or sold, or just be in storage.

Not sure if this has been asked before, but would it ever be possible to have a "Favorites" tab on the dress up page? Where we can favorite our most used/preferred items to have easy access to. It would come in handy for those of us with big inventories!

But my question isn't related to that... But rather I'm curious if some of the new recolors that were placed into re-release RIGs could get a release via Star Rewards at some point? I love that you guys had started doing that, albeit infrequently, as a means for us to still get the new items without risking and largely walking away without the item. I'd really love to see Blossoming Spring Tide, Luminous Efflorescent Curls, and Goddess Starlight Dragon added to Rewards! >w<

That issue had been fixed, and we log all transactions so all failed transactions had also been repaired. Sorry for the confusion.

When I am cleaning out inventory, I usually want to get rid of duplicates I have. So being able to see which items I have most copies of first helps this process a lot.

On the marketplace, in our stores, item listings expire and then are returned to the inventory. We have a function to cancel a bunch of selected listings at once. Can we have a function to renew a bunch of listings at once for the same price and time they were originally posted? I hope this makes sense. It can get annoying to re-list 50 items if you were undercut or they didn’t sell. Even if you’re super fast, that process takes about 10 minutes to get through a full store.

Yes the cap was increased along with the boost. Though the system doesn't work on a hard number but involves a lot of conversion through stats collected through previous days/weeks of earnings across gaia and inflation stats. I'll try to have everything sorted out as soon as possible. Sorry for the long wait.
