Encena is one of the many Elven cities, and in the South there are few Dwarves and Fairies. Many of the Elves here are farmers, tending to the fields and crops to the south. This city is where many of the soldiers from Athaeben are housed as well. It is a quiet city with little travel in and out from outsiders, mostly those going to the capital kingdom and back.
