Laz munched on some more almonds as she listened to Shah explain about Maiya.
Poor thing, Laz hated swindlers, paeple who scammed others where among the worst kinds of paeple.
At least her word was good, which was a relief to Laz one less thing to worry about.
Laz sighed as she thought about when they should go."Probably soon. The sooner the better. The longer we stay the higher the risk."
She took another sip from her drink as she thought. "If we can find one of those caravans leaving soon we should go then, Pack what we can and what we'll need. I'll make some extra pots n stuff to bring with us so the excuse seems more valid. I'll ask Skogur to keep our apartment while we are gone."
She wanted to come back someday soon hopefully but if they left and their apartment got rented to someone else who knew how long it would be to get a new place? She liked where they where living. It was close to her family.
Plus it would probably be good for her 'uncle' to get out on his own for a bit.

Shah reached forward to nibble one some more nuts while listening to Laz's response, pausing only to wash down the salt with her half-brew. She nodded - it seemed at good a plan as any. "Do you suppose we could be ready by tomorrow's nightfall?"
It'd be a feat, but they'd be leaving their larger items here anyways if they were asking Skogur to keep an eye on things. "And make one of those pots large enough to fit Fluorite - keep it out of sight." This might have been the first time Shah didn't refer to their new grandchild as a 'thing'. "I believe we should keep our departing, and especially the reasoning for doing so, on a 'need-to-know' basis, at least for the time being." She was implying that they should lie to her parents, who were now apparently great-grandparents, until things were a bit more situated. Perhaps they could send for them - for the whole family really - to visit a bit later.
"As for caravans..." she smirked slightly before pulling her hood back over her head. "...give me a moment."

The rak disappeared into the bustling room for a few minutes before returning back with a satisfied look. Placing her elbows on the table, she tossed a couple of almonds into her mouth before speaking. "It appears there are quite a number resting and restocking before their next circuits currently at the Trading Port. If 'lady luck' is on our side, we should be able to find one set to continue in the direction of our interest... is what I have been told."

Laz had intended to leave soon but tomorrow night was very fast. "Ah maybe?" She wasn't sure they haven't told the kids yet. They would have to tell them and get them to pack without them throwing any fits. Sigh those two where such a pain.
Ah and what of Aisha and Raabi'a would they be coming with them?
"Ah if the clay isn't dry enough it will explode in the kiln, If we are leaving tomorrow night I'd have to use what I have all ready. " She was planing on selling a batch soon to the local market but they'd have to use them instead. Not that she could sell if she wasn't here anyways.
"Mmm that is probably best, Kula knows since Tanz told him." So far he was the only one who knew.
"Well that is good at least." She sighed at least they would have a ride to go where they where heading. But she was still worried. What if the baby was discovered.
She'd have to take a look at what she had ready to go she knew she had a few plates and cups she had made but it wasn't a good idea to hid a baby in a cup.
A pot with a lid would be best, one where they could still breath but no one could see them. Ah there was so much to do.

Ah, that's right, her work involved secondary processing - hopefully this town would have a kiln available for use. Or, rather, she supposed she should just be hoping that this town even existed at all. "Refresh my memory... did we have a cart for carrying your pots... or I suppose we should begin referring to them as wares by now? Or should I find one tomorrow?"
She polished off the bowel of almonds.
"As for who is to come... naturally the younger ones. Hmm..." she hummed, taking a long sup of her brew. "Shall we invite our elder two as well? Might help them get out of the house." Also, who knew how much they'd be bothering Skogur if they were left to their own vices.

"A small hand cart but I don't know how well it would last on a big trip." She took a sip of her drink.
"hm you may have to find one." The one she had was barely bigger than a wheel barrow.
"Ah yes bring the older kids as well." The more the better, if there was nothing there they would need as much help as they could get.
She finished off her honeyed milk. Yes best to keep them from bothering Skogur. They weren't a handful like the younger kids but still.

Shah nodded at Laz's assessment - she could find something in the morning to carry everything, at least to the Pad. Form there, they'd have to ask for whoever's cart they hitched a ride with to carry the rest. They wouldn't be able to continue on if they didn't do so.
Good, good. That should give Aisha and Raabi'a a start towards making their own path in the world. Setting her unfinished glass down, she reached into her coat pocket to grab enough for the cost of the drinks - no need to tip more - and placed it in the center of the table. "Shall we head out then? It seems we have a long day ahead of us." She pulled her hood down once more to fully hide her features, waiting for Laz to be situated before heading out.

Laz stifled a yawn. "Mhm we should head out and get some sleep we got a lot to do tomorrow"
Laz stretched for a moment she was rather stiff from standing in one spot. After her stretch she followed Shah out of the bar.
It was late and they should get back before one of the younger twins woke up and realized their mothers where gone and started who knows what chaos.
Kula could only fend them off for so long after all.
