Stepping onto the boardwalk, unaware when he was supposed to meet the one known as Victoria. Watching other citizens pass him by, the wind breezed past his bald head uttering in a state of calmness. Not even aware of how he had gotten involved in this so abruptly, but might as well go along with the ride.
Scryew walked over a bit to see the beach and water in the distance. Nature itself was quite peaceful, that's one thing he just couldn't deny even if he tried to. With his hands clamped on the wooden railings, the Lone Namekian hunched over and removed himself from everything as he waited. Hopefully, this will not turn into a disaster...he could be training right now.

It did not take much convincing to sign up Victoria for such an event. Cameras, makeup, dates this was the work of dreams for the deity. Blonde hair was pulled into a a high ponytail. She wore a sunshine yellow tank top, and denim shorty shorts. Underneath her clothing she had a white two piece triangle bikini. She wasn't sure if the plan was to move out onto the white sands, but a smart woman was always prepared. Sliding her phone out of her pocket, she would take a cute selfie. Of course she had already mentioned this date on her Instagawd account.
The smell of salt was in the air, and the sounds of seagulls flying about could clearly be heard. Many patrons filled the boardwalk, possible even other couples. "You know I'm usually not nervous... but today I am a little." she said to one of the cameras. Showing off her life was something that was normal to her, but to go so far as this was out of her lane. Being off by himself made Scryew made him easier to spot, plus the cameras around him made it stand out like a sore thumb. "That must be him." she would continue talking to camera. She knew that the cameras around Scryew would not be in the shot.
The young woman would take her place along side of her date, her hands resting against the wooden rails. "It's a really gorgeous day." It was an attempt to make small talk, and to break the ice. "I could stand here and soak up the sun all day." she continued in a happy yet playful tone.

His own being actually put him in a pseudo-like trance where he would immediately put him into a state of peace. It was something Screyw did back on Namek when he decided to take time out to relax his body and mind. Unfortunately it can make him extremely vulnerable to the outside force of life.
A prime example of this is just now with Victoria approaching him and standing beside him and herself looked out into the distance. Scryew couldn't lie to himself. Her voice was soft and sweet together in one. Almost to a point where she can be pinpointed just by her voice alone. Through that and his heightened sense of hearing, Scryew jerked himself out of his trance to see she was right next to him. She looked comfortable with her yellow top and denim shorts. It must be an earthling thing to dress like that. It wasn't odd to him, his people barely wore much clothing themselves.
Giving her his attention, he could tell by her posture, vocal tones and even how she had spoken she must've been urging up the chance to have something to say. With silence, Scryew looked back to the ocean thinking of what to say. He had to learn how his speech can create a negative situation. A personal challenge, he made. "It is nice. It reminds me of home sometimes, can have you get lost in the day if you are not careful." Hopefully that nailed it.

Victoria genuinely smiled after Scryew said that the sea reminded him of home, and that he could get lost in it. "I understand that. I think the sea does that to people." she replied. Being a goddess of the Aegean, she understood the feeling that the elements of the sea gave that comfort of home. Her spirits were lifted after the ice was broken, and it seemed they had some common ground. With a quick hop, she sat on the fence still facing him. Giving the two of them the boardwalk as a location was extremely favorable for the pair. It held so many options from local cuisines, small shops, and even games. Not to mention there was the best of all, the beach in all of its glory. Needless to say the chances of them being bored were small. She would lean forward a little, brown eyes scanning him over. She analyzed his appearance with great detail. This included his features and the way he dressed. "So what would you like to do first? The boardwalk is our oyster." she spoke in a still cheerful and playful tone.
