Apologies for the misunderstanding. We do start some testing today and see why it haven't been working for you. We did added some UI libraries recently and it might be in conflict with what we currently have

For the time being, Runway do not support personas, but it could be a feature to be implemented later.

That is an interesting idea! We will make sure to pass this along to the Developers!

Will there ever be an update on the whole Alchemy part of the site? I know random forumla's get released here and there with events, but there are a lot of formula's we don't even have access to anymore.

Sorry the release had been more sparse. We will need some time for another update. Please let us know if there are any formulas that you would like to see that had been removed.

Missing/Duplicate Items in Bundle
Last April I got my hands on a Black Friday 2k18 MC Bundle that theoretically should have had all past MC letters, but there were letters missing as well as duplicates. I submitted a ticket then, but never heard back.
Can this issue be looked into? Its been almost a year at this point and the item cost me a pretty penny. When I first submitted a ticket I remember seeing some others posts about this, but as far as I know none of the other users had this issue resolved.

Definitely, we have record on all item usage and grants, will also do a sweep to everyone who encountered the same problem if we find an issue.

If you're talking about the timer that was made by another Gaian, that timer was unfortunately no longer in service. We can build a timer to make it easier to find glowing tanks, but the recent event and feature release had kept us pretty busy. I'll see about adding something like an NPC to post glow times in the forum when I get a chance.

Hey all! I'm rather sure you guys are aware that voting in Arenas is not granting currency like it normally does! I use this as my main method to "cap" since I prefer not to clog up my post history with bumps. Is this a permanent change or a bug? If it's the latter, any ETA on when it will be cleared up?

We expanded the granting system last week to have better reporting. There might have been some bugs introduced. Please let me know what is the expected behavior and how it is different today so I can ensure it's working properly.

Shops - Shopping cart in Ruby's Rack
This has been a bit of an issue pretty much ever since the shopping cart was introduced (by the way, one of the best things to ever happen) that marks all items from Ruby's Rack as Angel Subscribers only, though I have also been told by friends who are Angel Subscribers that they can't use it in Ruby's either. Will this ever be fixed?

There might have been an access check related issue with the shopping cart feature. We will check on it later this week.

I've been trying to get the Abomination achievement by crafting 'The Worst Mistake' through item alchemy, but I haven't been able to get it to grant. I've crafted it twice and still no achievement. Is this achievement no longer available to get?

Let me file a bug report on this issue. The achievement should still be availalbe.

So, awhile back, I made a request for healing potions and mega healing potions to be added to Lake Kindred in bundles. Bundles of 10, 50 and/or 100 would be super helpful, as right now the only option is to either buy them (usually) overpriced bundles in the MP or with a lot of clicking to buy them in singles in the in game shop.
One of the staff members said they could do so and would put it on their to do list. I'm just curious if it's still possible to do so? It would make playing the game a lot easier if we didn't have to spend a bunch of time buying single potions over and over before even being able to play the game.
Even if we had to buy the bundle, then exit the game and re-enter, it would still be less tedious than how it is right now.

It should be possible, I think the team is just tied up to create the item yet.

This might have been mentioned in a previous AtS, though this is my first in quite a while so please forgive me if this has been mentioned repeatedly already.
There's been an issue for several users where the Daily Treats page doesn't finish loading. No video, no plats, just the "Loading Video..." comment. Me and plenty other people have clarified that we aren't using AdBlock on Gaia, so it's not that that is preventing it from finish loading.

Sorry we had been looking into the issue and trying to find a different provider for Daily Treats. We could temporarily disable the feature but it's working for many others at the same time.

After Towns 3 makes a return, we can probably add back some of the older spaces such as prommegaden, but Cinemas require integration with Youtube and some hefty programming work. So unlikely for Cinemas.

Sorry I wasn't aware that the error was specific to the times given in the notification. There is a chance that the schedule server's clock might be out of sync. I will check on it today and see what I can get fixed.

Is there a way that announcements can be more truthful? I see cash shop announcements all the time that are really misleading/deceitful.
For example, today that announcement for old Collector's passes referred to the February one as from 'this past February' and the ones from 2016 as 'from last year.' With these at least the item had a year so you know the announcement itself is wrong but with a lot of items they state BRAND NEW or lie about releases or features.
I don't think it's in any way intentional on your part, but there have been times I purchased something after being misinformed by the announcement and felt a little scammed.
It doesn't feel great or build a lot of trust.

Actually this had nothing to do with being disingenuous, it was merely human error in a copy/paste that didn't get everything changed as it should have been. If you check now the copy has been updated to reflect the correct information.

Why have the times that users glow decreased? I understand much comes into the equation of when a tank glows, yet I can hunt through tanks as of late and am hard pressed to find a tank that actually allows me to plunder it. It seems as though the fish have gone on strike to avoid glowing. Is there a reason for this?
There had been no changes to the Aquarium glow scheduler. Though there could be a bug with the system clock or something. I will look into that later tonight.

i'm really liking the communication from staff when workshop projects that i'm interested in move on to their next stage of funding or development. the PMs make it easy to keep track of actual progress, so thanks heart

The gold prizes are absolutely laughable in today's economy. The amount of gold first place winner gets in Free category won't be enough for his entry fees for gold.
Can Runway please get prizes fitting the inflation? Perhaps minute amount of cash prizes added so there will be some semblance of stability with time

We re-released some of the past event items last Christmas and we did receive some good reception. We didn't think about doing that this year, but will keep that in mind moving forward. Given the Valentine's event will end in a few days we'll probably start doing this next time around.
