The bell rings and Samoa Joe's theme begins to play, and the audience cheers because he was the winner! He lets go after a delay, getting to a knee. He breathes heavy, favoring his ribs, but knew his statement was made as he gets up and has his hand raised by the official. The announcer declares him the winner, as the commentators describe Joe now being the number 1 contender for the CWF World Heavyweight title, in what will be his first opportunity at a world title in CWF after winning both mid card titles, and he also in the process has ended Randy Orton's undefeated streak in CWF as well. Joe paces around and goes to the turnbuckle and holds up his hand in a signature taunt, glad to be back in the winning column after a rough few weeks of losing his Television Title to Edge and suffering a rib injury against Abyss as well, he overcame all that to get a huge, statement victory and earn his chance at the most prestigious prize in wrestling, the CWF World Heavyweight title. CWF would cut to previews before the next match would start as Randy Orton vs. Samoa Joe kicked off No Mercy.
