We have not updated payout for Jigsaw for a long time, we can check and see how we can up the payout this week.

Thanks for the feedback. The program is brand new and once we hear more feedback and and issues, we will promote more, and consider prizes also.

Is there a way you guys can make it so that the boxes don't shift so much each time you open them?
And also not refresh the page each time? Saw someone post this in CB the other day
and thought I might bring it up, since opening an abundance of rigs at once can get tedious with the constant refreshes and moving boxes!

Hmm, we can make a sorting option that will only display the most recent 1000 items you owned, then that should make things a lot faster. The trick here is that we can't sort all your items at once because some Gaians have over 80,000 items that sorting will take a long time, but that's something we can add real quick. Let me know if that'll help and I'll add to the to-do list.
I think we can add some Javascript on the page to refresh without reloading the page. Will need to do some digging as that part of the code is pretty old.

Can you PLEASE give us a way to log in to save our progress on Lake Kindred Origins (the phone app)? I need to upgrade to a new phone but don't want to lose all my progress. Even if it's just syncing with the ios's game center for iphones. Or logging in with our gaia account.

Progress on the Valentine's day event is slow as we had a lot of issues that derailed development. Who would I date? I think a date with Diedrich would be amazing.

I had asked a question about I'd it was acceptable to request a user made doll that was made by an account that had since been (to my knowledge) banned. I know that in most circumstances you have to get permission from that user, but I wasn't sure what to do in this case.

So Jak Bauer said in an earlier ATS that there is going to be a complete overhaul of many forums' current rules and guildelines. I'm just just wondering which forum or forums' rules and guildelines will be changed first! surprised Is there a master list yet? eek ninja
Also, will some unactive forums be deleted in the future as well? If so, is there a list of these forums to be deleted in the future or is this next step 'To Be Announce'? emotion_kirakira

We do not have a list we have available to make public as of yet, mainly because priorities are shifting and we'd hate to say something is going to be done at a certain time and not be able to do it by then.
And yes, it is quite possible that we are going to be removing some of the forums and/or reorganizing some as we did with A/M/C.

When we change fishing to HTML 5 we will also change the server code to not use Sushi anymore. The sushi servers should be shut down a long time ago.

Yes there should be better bonuses on GC purchases in mobile platforms. I think the tricky part is that Apple and Google takes 30% of the payment as fee as opposed to Paypal's 3%, so the bonus probably cannot be identical.

I recently returned to Gaia and wanted to support, heard y'all have been in a tight spot.
Last week while I was going for an angel subscription and buying GC I was insta-banned for suspicious activity. I unsubscribed from angel, didn't fix it.
I'm afraid if I/when I do get my trading pass/MP privileges back that making any transactions will ban me again. Is it safe to donate/buy GC and if so what's the limit before we get banned?

One minute before you posted, I just got the e-mail at 4:38 saying I got it back! I'm guessing someone on staff saw this post, and I appreciate it!
My question was is it safe to buy GC/subscribe to angel or will I get a ban EVERY time I make a transaction? It seemed to be something automated and im afraid to make a purchase again. I've seen other people have the same problem in the Q&A forum, and they went several weeks without resolution. I'm afraid of that.

It should be safe, it happened because the system was trying to protect you from possible fraud until we could check to make sure you actually made the purchase. Hopefully it shouldn't happen again but if you make purchases which seem a bit odd the system may flag you again until it learns your purchase style.

i know plat has a couple soft caps - posting, profile comments, and i believe polls
which is fine, i think having a soft cap is good!
however, i think each game should have its own soft cap as well.
because if youre globally capped, there is literally NO reason to play ANY game.
especially on platinum.
LK on platinum is useless, everyone has to switch back to gold to earn anything
and the flash games i doubt have been updated in like a decade to fit anything
i think while the global cap is otherwise fine

because itll actually be an incentive to play because you can earn

Thank you for the suggestion. I'll look into how we can split the daily cap so that rewards from games are still meaningful even after platinum is earned from posting.

I hear you. It is very tough to buy specific types of items when most of them are 10 items in one.
Maybe it's time to split those items up. The marketplace should have some interface for searching through child items and return the parent item info.

I remember working on this issue and it's an odd problem where some search weren't working correctly. I'll spend more time on it this week and have it fixed for good.
