In this thread, we will cover the ins and outs of poisons and medicines for this guild. First and foremost all narcotics will be customized. Even if it is a basic one, each one serves its own purpose. To create your own, you will come to the custom narcotics thread where you can freely make it from scratch.
Both poisons and medicines are categorized through a tiering system.
[ Basic ] - [ Advanced ] - [ Complex ]
Each tier has its own set of standards for you to follow by during your creating system.
XXX。。。RULES
[ 1 ] All narcotics are separated by a tiering system [ 2 ] Any rank can wield and utilize poison and medicines, however only Chūnin and above can create them (from a narrative standpoint) [ 3 ] Some narcotics may only be accessible through specific people while others can be exchanged for MP at each village's MP Exchange station [ 4 ] When creating your narcotics, be specific with your effects, the more detail the better it is for not only to get it approved but for others to properly understand how it works. [ 5 ] It is not required to create a custom poison and a custom medicine [ 6 ] Each narcotic will require a duration limit, in post conversions, how long will it take the target to reach certain effects. This is NON-NEGOTIABLE

Poisons, toxins, and venoms are all poisonous, intoxicating substances - powders, liquids, and gases - that can be used by shinobi in combat. Poisons come with a variety of effects, ranging from body weakness to paralysis and/or death.
Most poison users use poison on their weapons through various means. Sakura, for example, after learning from Shizune coats her kunai with poison so that if she is able to cut the target, they are instantly injected with the toxic substance. Puppet-users, such as Kankurō and Sasori, prefer to put poison inside their puppets so that they inject via hidden bladed weapons.
Poison may be used in other forms, not only as a liquid substance. It can be used in a mist form, as demonstrated with the Poison Mist technique. Inhaling the slightest bit of poison can prove fatal. Such vapours can also be used for paralysing effects, as Ibuse demonstrated.
XXX。。。BASIC TIER
A simple solution mixed together by those of the novice experience in the poison creation field. This simple synthesized poison can quickly and effectively take root in someone's body to harm a specific section of their inner workings. This cannot do more than haze eye sight, numb pain, distort hearing, change smells, or confuse the taste buds.
[ Technique Ranking ] If compared to that of a technique, basic tier poisons are generally D and C-ranking techniques. Medicines of at least D-rank can counteract this toxin
XXX。。。ADVANCED TIER
These poisons may take a little longer to reach the desired effect, but have more severe consequences than the simple poisons. These poisons are capable of causing blindness, deafness, pain when touched (due to the nerve inflammation), the inability to speak, numbness in one's entire body, difficulty breathing that can lead to suffocation, perception changes to make near objects look far away, or even the constant feeling of fear. Can only be introduced through one of three ways: bloodstream, inhalation, or eyes. Only one effect can be brewed into any one poison and the effects cannot be duplicated by another custom poison.
[ Technique Ranking ] If compared to that of a technique, advanced tier poisons are generally B and A-ranking techniques. Medicines of at least B-rank can counteract this toxin
XXX。。。COMPLEX TIER
At this stage of poison creation, users are thought to be masters and can concoct any sort of poison their heart desires. Poisons of this level are extremely dangerous and have two ways of affecting their victim. The first way a poison of this nature can affect the victim is by combining any three effects mentioned in the previous tiers. The second way leads to death of the victim. This type of poison may only be introduced through the bloodstream.
[ Technique Ranking ] If compared to that of a technique, advanced tier poisons are generally A and S-ranking techniques. Medicines of equal ranking or higher can only counteract this toxin

Antidotes (解毒薬, Gedokuyaku) are types of medicines that act as a cure for various poisons. They can be administered to an infected person through several mediums. Some poisons are complex, and therefore creating the antidote will require careful attention or else it could potentially kill the victim; Sasori noted that when making antidotes not even a hairline mistake could be made or else it wouldn't work. However, specially trained, genius medical-nin like Tsunade, Shizune or Sakura Haruno can actually analyse and decipher the many different elements used in complex poisons and easily create a cure. They are usually a bottled liquid but can be anything from a flower or powder.
Certain characters have encountered poisons throughout their careers as ninja. Apart from using antidotes to poisons, a ninja can also work to build-up a tolerance to certain poisons by gradually exposing oneself to non-lethal amounts of those poisons.
[ Special Note ] Body Tolerance - Medicine Combating is limited to only basic tier poisons and must undergo transformation mastery training under someone who is either a medical-nin or someone who specializes in poisons
XXX。。。BASIC TIER
This simple synthesized medicine can quickly and effectively take root in someone's body to cure or boost a specific section of their inner workings. Though because of the small amount of experience the creator has, they cannot do more than increase one stat at a time, cure simple tier poisons, or enhance a physical ability (like eyesight, smelling, etc). Medicines of this skill range cannot cure anything more than the previously listed. These medicines can only affect one of the three mentioned things at once and cannot be layered onto each other.
[ Technique Ranking ] If compared to that of a technique, basic tier medicines are generally D and C-ranking techniques.
XXX。。。ADVANCED TIER
These types of medicines and antidotes may take a little longer to reach the desired effect, but have a more potent impact than the simple tier versions. These medicines are capable of a multitude of things such as the following: increasing two stats at a time, curing intermediate and lower poisons, enhancing two physical abilities, or various other benefits. These medicines require a minimum of 2 posts to take full effect and can only be introduced through one of three ways: the bloodstream, inhalation, or through the eyes.
[ Technique Ranking ] If compared to that of a technique, basic tier medicines are generally B and A-ranking techniques.
XXX。。。COMPLEX TIER
Concoctions of this level are extremely powerful and once they have been introduced into the body of the affected most poisons can be cured and enhancements accomplished. Once a medicine of this level has taken root and reaches the final count of 5 posts, all those affected will receive 100% of the effects.
[ Technique Ranking ] If compared to that of a technique, basic tier medicines are generally A and S-ranking techniques.
