Masterful Rider the user is a master rider with anything that can be ridden. This does not mean that the rider can do the impossible, nor is (s)he suddenly able to do things (s)he couldn't before, but the user is able to do anything (s)he normally could, even though (s)he is mounted. For example, if the user is proficient with archery, (s)he could shoot an arrow with normal accuracy, even while riding atop a speeding train. Only modes of transportation used for riding count; for example, sharks are not typically ridden, therefore the user couldn't randomly perfectly ride a shark. However, should the user have extensive training with a not usually ridden transport, said vehicle (or animal or whatever) is treated as if common (so if the user practiced riding sharks for months, they would become a standard mount).
