✪Lightning Manipulation: she can control lightning that she can harness with magic but her magic isnt best suited for ranged attacks, despite she can do ranged attacks they are often weaker or inaccurate.
✪Standard Bolt: Magic she learned from Astra during her training, she can fire a bolt of lightning from her hands but is extremely inaccurate and can often go wherever it wants, she can use it at close range but doesnt do much in terms of damage.
✪Lightning Fist: she can harness lightning in her hands which adds lightning magic damage to her attacks. weapons that are metal in base are not the best defense against them as they can act as conduits but the effects of the lightning are slightly reduced.
✪Lightning Legs: she can harness lightning into her legs, they dont last as long as her hands but does make her able to kick slightly faster than normal. these also add an magical lightning effect when landing.
✪Thunder Dragon Strike: using her Monk style of fighting and her magic she can create a dragon head with her hands and magic and by thrusting her hands forward she sends a wave of Magic at her enemies, due to her ranged skills being harder to maintain this attack often moves around and could miss if they are far enough. the attack looks like a Dragons head trying to headbutt and disperses once it reaches a certain range or hits something.
✪Lightning Axe: adding more lightning to her leg she can brign her leg down in a kick be it from above or sideways, she adds a good amount of magic to her leg to add more damage and speed to it, rather than have more effect from the lightning it causes an explosion of electricity when she hits and if it hits the ground she creates a small crater.
✪Magic Gather: Bard Skill: she carries a guitar of sorts with her despite being trained to be a monk, she can play the guitar with a specific song with specific notes which when played allows her to Absorb magic, allowing her to replenish her magic much quicker than most creatures in the world, unfortunately she must use all of her remaining magic to activate this, meaning when she uses this she essentially has no magic and this will let her magic return quickly.

✪Biography: Born in a small village. she was raised not just by her parents but by the leaders of the village. The village she was from was a villiage of Monks, which were all Elves. Most of them had Enhancing magic as they were all seemingly simular and their children followed their magical path. Lia was just like everyone else, being raised to be a monk, so she could fight and train another. The villages main leader took her in as she was showing that she was trying harder then most of the other Elves. Despite this she seemed to be unable to do any of the magic her Master could do, which frustrated her, but she tried regardless to try and learn the magic. unfortunately she never could so when this was found out, her master figured she hit her limit as to how strong she could be. she was skilled with fighting but not with magic. Around this time a sage by the name of Astra would visit the village, she was one of the newer sages that became known. During the Visit she would find Lia training and practicing her fighting, but as she watched she noticed that when Lia was trying to use magic small bolt of lightning were moving around her hand but it was extremely small, but enough for the Sage to see. she approached Lia asking her to show her the magic she held, suprising the Sage Lia claimed she wasn't skilled to learn enhancing magic, like her Former master, this made the Sage chuckle, as she would tell her a secret, a secret that she could use magic but she needed to train her magic differently than her fellow monks. during the Visit she would show Lia how to focus her magic into her palsm which showed she has an affinity with electricity. It was soon after Astra would tell her 'I WILL SHOW YOU HOW TO MASTER YOUR MAGIC, APPRENTICE" she called out which Lia would find herself wanting to do as she wanted to get better as she always did.
