 It was unexpected that she would have gotten this far, really. Rashona had anticipated getting the life beat out of her in the first round, but here she was, going again. Having had a good grasp of how the others in the tournament fought, she figured this time, as well, she would have a good grasp on her opponent.

 Having defeated the lioness in the first round, Nkosenye was no less wary of his next opponent. He knew there were males out there that looked on the other sex as weaker, as more easy to yield, but growing up in the Bonelands had taught him the exact opposite. Females were fierce and tough and were not to be trifled with when angry. Though this was a friendly duel, Nkosenye knew that he'd have to be on his toes to ensure another victory. He paused a short distance from his opponent, bright blue eyes locking on gold. He wasn't here to be polite or make any friends, he was here to duel.
