Consider how he has no money (which I'm still try to figure out how when he has a job), it makes sense he ordered third class since priority, first class, and express are expensive. ninja
He is currently prioritizing rent, food, and gifts—I guess somewhere down the line he forgot clothes.

Not really a question, I guess, just letting you know about an achievements glitch that has popped up in the last day.
Bug Report thread: some of us are experiencing an issue where we'll go into our achievements page and see nothing but the new Lake Miasmal achievements. All others disappear and our total points go down. They reappear later. Then disappear again. Kind of a vicious cycle. (All achievements show right now.)

What is the sites financial status? Would you guys consider having a monthly quota for members to know how much you guys need to stay afloat? I think this would give members a better idea of what is happening on this site and make members feel more comfortable with giving their hard earned money to the site.

Ruby pets are created and released alongside other user-designed items from your occasional User CI (like Tsuki No Matsuri, Idolized Doll Trunk, Little QTS, and CIs of that likeness).
I don't have information about the queue or production though

Any chance of you guys asking some more staff to join you guys for Ask The Staff? It seems like there are usually only 2 or 3 staff members ever actually answering questions in the thread, with the occasional artist taking the time out of their day to answer. It would be nice to see other staff members that cover other areas of the website, like marketing for instance, taking some time to answer a question or two along with you guys.

Phase 2 began but the screen to check off battled kin is not working so no way to collect the reward. Many of us have technically won it several times over, so I hope once that is working all kin are still showing fairly easily in battle.

I'm sorry, apparently there is a bug in counting how the new kins were marked, please try again in a few minutes and see if it updates correctly.

In regards to a recent SF thread, I am curious if there will be more information on the omni who gave out tickets, why weren't those tickets tracked and removed from the site? If the ticket was in the queue for 2+ years are stated in the SF thread then this should have been addressed way before that thread was even created.

So we just hit phase 2 on the LK event. Fine and fun. However, we're still being plagued by horribly low drop rates for kins, especially since they're required for achievements.
Now, while it was mentioned that there would be other methods to attain these kins come phase 3, we are still 6 days away from that, and there's no promise that this alternative way to obtain the kins will help with them existing - or rather, them NOT existing.
Will a noteworthy drop rate increase be reconsidered? As it stands, some users have reported 500+ kin battles without seeing a single egg, and some users have hit quadruple digits before seeing a single egg from p1/p2 kins.

We will implement some resolution detection and better resize LK on mobile. Can you tell me which phone are you using?

So... A couple things, really. (I'm so sorry to complain, I really am...)
Checklists are broken again for the LK event. I've fought all the things I needed to on the second list, and none of them are appearing as marked. But also, my Phase 1 checklist has been completely cleared of previous marks.
On top of that... In the 3k+ stamina I have spent on the event with my kins, I have managed one egg drop -- and it wasn't even one of the event kins. It was a Willowcroak
Are there plans to fix this stuff soon? Coz I'm getting really discouraged with this event and the amount of bugs it's had since launch -- not to mention the fact that the information about how the event is/was supposed to play out hasn't really all been there since launch. It kinda sucks to be so discouraged by an event, coz I've been really looking forward to LK getting some much needed love.

The egg drops will significantly increase on Phase 3. I will check and see if we can increase it for phase 2 also.

Can avatar builder be fixed so that avatars don't reset randomly? I wish I knew an easy way to reproduce this bug, but it's pretty well known among people who used to do ghosting contests, so people tend to avoid partaking in them now. Basically, just keep piling on items and randomly the avatar will reset to the person's original avi with no option to undo. Avatar builder also times out it seems, where the avatar just never loads.

That could have been a caching related issue. Not easy to diagnose but I'll add some debug check and see what we can do to fix this.

In regards to all the bugs and issues with the events, don't you guys have people who test the events before hand? If so would you consider accepting more testers so that maybe you have a better scoop of the bugs for the next event. This one seems to be having a lot of issues and problems that having people test out could have been helpful before hand.

Sorry this July had been really bad for us with personal holidays, offline events, mobile development and features all taking up time for event development. We will schedule to have the next event be completed sooner when Halloween comes around so we can do more testing before launch.

It's honestly amazing the amount of work Flynn is doing, it's small but it's a lot... if that sort of makes sense. I'm glad people are having fun with the auctions in the meantime! (it's literally amazing seeing how much Platinum Flynn has taken for the time being)
