I know I am two days late, for my weekly Sunday posting. I am sorry and if you are wondering why, it is because real life does have a tendency to demand to come first and honestly when I was here on Sunday it was so briefly that I barely got through part of my daily Gaia routine. The main thing that I see here is I didn't let a whole other week go by before I came back and put up this late posting. Once again, I am sorry for not posting on time and I will try to scratch out enough of my time especially on Sundays to make a quick posting.
