Shukata made no overt moves to do anything other than kiss her. He could feel her tense up at first then relax and kiss back. His intention had never been to scare or upset her but she seemed like she was doing alright so far. When she pulled away and looked away she informed him that that had been her first kiss. He smiled kindly and mived his hand from her cheek to take her other hand in his. "Well, I'm happy I was able to give it to you."

Claudette turned away again and sighed. "Are you sure it's not some kind of spell?" As she spoke, she glanced down at their hands holding each other. She turned to look at him still unsure of what to do. "I think...we should head back to the campus..."

Shukata chuckled. "I'm not incubus, Claudette. Taking over one's mind is not in my repertoir or spells." he saod but realized that she was uncomfortable with how she felt. It was for this reason that Shukata wanted to take things slowly with her to ensure that he did not hurt her. He nodded when she suggested returning toubthe campus. "Of course. I don't want you yo feel uncomfortable. We can take our time with this." he said as he began walking back toward the garden entrance.

He squeezed her hand lightly and nodded to let her know that he understood what she was saying. As they approached the entrance to the gardens he looked at her with a smile on his face. "I want to thank you also. I haven't had a good day like this in a long time. Would you like me to walk you back to your dorm or did you have something else in mind?"

She gently squeeze his hand in return and smiled. Claudette took one last look at the garden as soon as they left. "I've enjoyed myself too. Thank you for both the lunch and small tour." She smiled as she looked at him. "I think it's best for me to return to the dorms. I do have a bit of unpacking to do."

Shukata nodded. He smiled sympathetically and was comoletely understanding of how she felt. So from the entrance of the gardens he began walking in the direction of the dorms, hoping that she would feel better soon. "I will walk you back then. I hope that your classes have teachers soon." he said with a laugh, attenpting to lighten the mood by changing the subject.
