I still check in once every few months to see whether or not old friends have responded to me. I've been trying to get their current socials and stuff to connect with them, but gaia is gone with the wind for them crying

I think about Gaia every now and then.
Every time I log on the site's changed so much from what it used to be.
I sometimes wonder where all my old friends have gone and what they're up to.
I hope y'all are doin' well. The memories we made on this site will stick with me forever. heart

I like to log in once a year and then I get extremely depressed every time I do. Seeing all the items I worked years trying to save for to only see the market place and inflammation be at the highest point possible because they never fixed their money system. All my closest friends haven't been active since 2013 or longer so years of online friendship gone just because we all thought we would never loose touch over gaia lol. Not to mention they haven't seemed to change this outdated message system or updated the site much at all. I miss websites like this so much. I loved how easy it was to make friends, find creative people, open your own shops with them, and just vibe. Feels like no websites like this are not alive anymore. crying
