His mother saw how embarrassed she seemed at all the commentary about her and how Cody had tried passing her off as hiw vegas wife, "No problem Megumi, and might as well get this over with now, youre a beautiful woman and you have a lovely eye color." She said complimenting Megumi on her features as any doting mother would but she then smiled, "So i know its odd for you to come home having recieved a slave but you tried passing her off as your vegas wife." She said as Cody blushed embarrassed as he rubbed his arm with the hand he wasnt holding Megumi's hand but his mother being blunt went for the kill, "But Megumi, with how you are holding his hand, woukd you ever consider Cody as husband material? Could you see yourself being married to him?" She asked bluntly and straight forward, which Cody was dead quiet at how this was till he wasnt, "Alright mom, its been a long flight so im going to lead Megumi around and show her the house." He said changing the subject and gently pulling Megumi away, Elizabeth smirking some knowing the question could be implanted in Megumi's head that might her think about stuff like that. His mother was a good judge of character and saw how kind her son was being to the poor girl.

Cody sighed a bit, "Shes very kind and shes been the one ive looked up to since my father passed away. Yes i have, and the town is small enough that most people know everyone kind of deal." He explained before blushing, "Knowing my mother, that was real and im sorry, she can be embarrassing sometimes. Shes retired and mostly just takes care of the business side of the bakery, she actually lives out of state." He informed Megumi softly, a bit embarrassed himself.

He looked at her wondering if he seemed like a mama's boy or something with the comment of his mother living there forever. He shrugged but then nodded, "She sees the good in everything, instead of seeing you as a slave and knows i wouldnt bring one home of my own purchase, that and me trying to play it off... sorry about that, my brain couldnt think of anything better... but she sees you being here as you having a new chance at life, not to be my slave." He explained before she asked about the room status, "Well Mom is staying in the guest room since she allowed me to take over the master bedroom, so you will probably have to share a bedroom with me for a few more days but then after that, its all up to you." He said kindly, giving her the choice to pick where she wants to sleep, to have her own room or to share.

He blushed at her saying she would have called him her husband to her mom too and that would have been how he felt but he found that her giggle was rather cute. He nodded to her statement and figured that sharing a room wouldnt be too bad, "Honestly, i am fine with whatever you want... i can sleep with a blindfold on if what happened bothered you about me seeing." He said softly, still remembering the scene as it felt burned in his head as he continued to blush at having seen her bare beautiful curves. He then nodded, "Right, lets get you something to eat." He said leading her to the kitchen, "What is making your stomach grumble tonight? I can make you whatever you want." He said confidently.

He heard her request and even heard the small moan, almost missing it if he hadnt been looking at her but shaking the blush off he nodded. He figured it would be easier to make the burger himself so he got the fries going first. He put some of the good kind of fries in the air fryer and began to make a few burgers on a rippled skillet that acted as a griddle. Probably taking about as much time as going out for take out, he soon had a good looking cheeseburger, fries and had to go down to the bakery to grab one of the 20oz bottle of diet coke. He had a normal hamburger for dinner, some of the crispy fries and cherry coke for himself as he set the plates. He smiled to her, "Enjoy!" He said as he smiled, moving her chair out for her and would help her sit, pushing in her chair like a gentleman should before sitting in his own seat to enjoy his food. He had also gotten out the condiments incase she needed them.

He looked at her as she spoke, "No problem, i like to cook so dont be afraid to make requests." He reassured but then thought it over, "Um, well i mean, we have a movie theater and a few local stores for clothes... though if we walk around can you just say Cody?" He asked as he felt it might be much to keep calling him Master. He didnt know how deep that training went but he felt that she didnt have to do it. He also figured, "We can go shopping... i know what you mentioned before but you will need more clothes then what you are wearing. If you are going to be here or working in the bakery, you will need a proper covering outfit." He said informatively.

He nodded when she said that, "Movies are great, depending on the types of movies, they are fun to watch and movies keep changing, you have regular, Imax, 3d..." he said as he looked at her before rubbing his forehead, "You know what, just ignore me.. im an idiot..." he said feeling stupid for not stopping himself but figured that it was a hard thing to break being called master, he just hoped no one would notice. When she asked that, he nodded, "Any time you arent working, you can wear whatever you want but while on the job, then i request that you wear something decent. As much business as I could get having a beautiful woman wearing something revealing, its a family bakery, not a hooters." He said softly and a bit jokingly. Since they basically ate he looked at her, "Shall we go out and go shopping?" He asked kindly to her.
