I can't seem to delete avatars that I have favorited. When I try to delete it and then refresh the page, the avatar still remains in the collection.

That's odd, I've tested this two weeks ago. Please provide me with the URL for the favorite you're trying to remove, and I'll do some testing.

Feature: New GSI
In order to not slow down the 712 GSI requests further by adding more information returned, would you be willing to add a new GSI that takes an item ID and returns all of it's children items' data, like what gets returned with 712, but for all of the associated children.
Example: I give it the Anima Adamantea ID (#31825) and would returns data for all:
Anima Adamantea (chest gem) (#31869),
Anima Adamantea (metal egg - in arm) (#32337),
Anima Adamantea (glowing bracelet),
etc...
While I can get the parent item data from the item_search table, it is not currently possible to get the child item data.

Thus if I were to get the data, I'd have to scrape the marketplace one-by-one, and given the sheer amount of child items there are, that's not practical.

We should have GSI calls to get child info, if not, I can slip that into 712 or make a new GSI call with it.

There is a bug when we are using the cache. Instead of having access to all items each caches have, we only have access to 5 or 6 items.
Example :
Before, we had access to all items in amethyst cache (maybe 15 items) and now there is only 5 or 6 items per amethyst cache.
Same for gold caches, or emerald cache, etc...
Please, fix this because it make our job, when we do alchemy, a lot more difficult

Oh okay, there wasn't an example so I didn't know where to look. I'll see if it's a database issue or something with the UI.

The 712 GSI returns a thumbnail and thumbfile property. The thumbfile is what's used for the item's icon. What is the thumbnail image for, and how would I access it?

Thumbnail is actually for internal use only. Only the thumbfile is put online. We did not want anyone to dig for unreleased items so all names are encoded. I'll remove it when I work on that gsi call again.

I have been having an ongoing problem with Forums / Aquarium .
The Timer on my Booty Grab Thread no longer works . It just shows a Box with a Red Cross in it .

Game items have a "class" and "subclass" property, some of these come back as numbers. What is the value of the numbers, is it suppose to be a foreign key in your database?

Only class is used in a meaningful way and subclass is always used for sub-systems that usually aren't useful.

Hmm, that's not good, for anyone who is still having trouble connecting to fishing or other gaia games, please PM me so I can do more testing. I've been trying to test on more accounts to see what the cause could be.

you still cant search for paw items.
even if youre base is a paw
you get the entire database if you go through the tabs
but you cannot search anything, it comes up blank.
also, the bug of avis resetting after a random amount of time, is still happening.

I got a RIG from my Watermeat plush I think it was the Rina Cafe or Rina Winter Cafe...something like that. I opened it and got "Spiced Cider" however nothing else would load. I get a small little image in the upper left corner and the name "Spiced Cider" then below that I have buttons for Gift, trash, donate, close. That's it. Can someone look into this please? I would like to open my "Spiced Cider".

I know that you're working hard on the mobile app, but is there anything planned for onsite-features outside of events, like sometime in the near future? Last I remember, updating the header image and daily log-in bonuses was difficult on the back end (probably due to agent coding). And a lot of the fixes were made on broken features high above on the priority list (GC related, or help desk, etc).
I appreciate all the work you put behind the scenes, but I am rather concerned about the website being stagnant.

Current browsers made it very difficult to view because the sizes are small and often treated as ads. We are looking into what we can do with SVG animations which all the browsers support. It won't be as nice as flash but we can have smooth animation effects with it.
