Can you stabilize the Lake Kindred Capsule drop rate please ?

For me : they drops like there is no tomorrow . And I have talked to people who have not gotten a single drop at all . Even people who barely get them to drop at all . But they are dropping too often for me . I have over 300 already . So can you please fixed this ?

Would it be possible to allow us to change genders on the dress up page? The current system is beyond annoying to work with. Gender benders ruin the base you have equipped and forces you to go buy new potions and hairs after using it. I don't mind paying a fee for swapping my gender, but it would be great if it can 1.) be done from the edit avatar page, and 2.) not completely change the base.

Okay, since it's been a hot minute since I remembered to ask about this, and I do remember Lanzer saying something about looking into it at one point...

Is there any notable status update type things in regards to the users with blocked threads in their subscribed topics, and a way to get rid of them? We can't unsubscribe from threads that we can't view for whatever reason, and it's kind of obnoxious to keep seeing that there's threads in our subscriptions that we can't access. (I also have no clue if these were threads I was blocked from or threads that were removed or whatever.)

Games: Lake Kindred

Since February, when I click the My Kins tab (and hover over the pictures of kins at the bottom) the game freezes. This is only happening when I use my Mac with Safari. On my Mac and Chrome, it does not freeze. The game is still playable, as long as you don't need to use the My Kins tab. It seems when I try to play early in the morning (PST) it doesn't freeze. It might have to do with server traffic? When there are more people trying to play LK, it freezes? Because a hour or so later it will start to freeze again. I asked about it 4 weeks ago in the pre-ATS, and was told you hoped to have it fixed that week. Do you have an ETA on when that might be fixed? Thanks!

Random Question (Cause I don't know for sure which category it goes under) Is it safe to trade items and gold/platinum yet?

Features: Will we ever be able to gift items from our Game and zOMG tabs?

Another Random Question (cause AGAIN not sure where it goes) But can we unfreeze items from our Aquariums, since some of us NEVER use them?

Marketplace

Here are a couple of ideas I have to make the marketplace a little easier to use.

We have the option to cancel all, but I'd like to pick and choose things to cancel without having to cancel each one individually.



I'd also like to see the drop down menu under avis in the marketplace. That would allow us to more quickly message or trade with the store owner.



I'm not sure how easy these changes would be, but I think they could help out store owners and shoppers alike!

ive heard multiple people complain that they would be making an avi
then suddenly it resets to normal
[and they obviously didnt hit any button that would make it do this]

ive heard this happening for quite a while
is it possible to get this fixed so it doesnt reset?
ive asked if they think anything specific causes it, like x amount of items or x amount of time in the builder
but theyve all said it happens pretty much at random.

that sounds super maddening, esp if youre doing it for a contest, or for personal use.
sometimes you just never find those items again! or really whats the point if it just breaks again D:

Feature

Can we get a post limit/timer for new accounts. Today there was an account posting porn in the CB very quickly. While it's not fool proof, it would at least mitigate it to some degree.

In another forum there's a 15min cool down for every 3 posts for the first 3 days. I feel something like this would be beneficial to mitigate spam to some degree.

Items/Soulbound items hard to get
i heard that the 2009 sashes are soulbound and were only handed out during feb 2009
and im a march 2009 member and wanted to know how can i get the 2009 '09 sash?
ticket? link to request soulbound? whats the procedure?

Misc.

Late last week, all(or most) of NPC's profiles have been blocked from user access. Why?

Some of the NPC profiles had stuff on them; like the Zurg profiles and Gambino's Memorial. Now users are blocked off from being able to see the profiles or being able to post comments on them- And that's a huge bummer for a lot of us. Especially when character data and their journals were there. Now we can't access it.

NPC's profiles are always really interesting; and the blocked access just kinda.. breaks the immersion. Because right away there is a barrier there, and they don't feel like interactable NPC's or tangible residents of the site. They just feel like robots that can be turned on or off.

This was especially a problem with Flarn. Once he returned in 2016, his profile access was blocked and his account was botted. And it broke the immersion entirely. I just don't agree with NPC profiles being blocked. I'd like to see the permissions restored.

Favorites:

The pages are broken, won’t go past seven and with one of my collections having over a thousand favorites there should be more than that.

there's currently a glitch on the inventory and selling pages of paw accounts, paw items have returned to the equip page. see my thread here. they're supposed to be only on the paw tab. people have not noticed cause how few permapaw vendors there are maybe.

LK Rigs

Any chance of updating what drops from rigs like A Touch of EVERYTHING? I'm pretty sure I have 20 of everything possible, and I have 388 unopened rigs. sweatdrop It could really use a revamp to change out items in each color scheme.

why didnt you do it where you can just get free gcash after buying or spending gcash?
that way it keeps it within your premium currency without creating a secondary currency.

BATTLE FIELD FORUM

I've been running a week long charity battle and have had some time to figure things out
Here are some MAJOR BUGS with the thread, and then some suggestions to hopefully make it more user-friendly!

Bugs:
- You can heal someone and get a point for it even if they're full health
[if youre having a contest like most do for top healer and top fighter, this is really breaking the system, why would you get a point if theyre already healed?]
[i guess this is just to help get heal points if everyone is full health? but it just seems like cheating?]

- Sometimes you 'lose' your team, meaning your icon goes white, instead of ur team icon
when your icon is like this, you cannot fight or heal. but if you post you still get MP
you don't turn into a spectator, u just can't do anything
[this is super super detrimental because the threads have a time limit !
SOMETIMES they come back after a random amount of time [up to even over 24h!]
but by then the thread might not even be going anymore]

Thread Suggestions:
- Gain a heal point for reviving a team mate [maybe also for reviving yourself, because I mean, you have to pay for it! so might as well get a heal point right? and it promotes reviving people and yourself!]
- Names for the team inside the banner with the icon for better clarification
- When the game is over, full player board stat list instead of just top3 [even if it's only viewable by clicking another link. Like there is the top 3 then 'view here for player board' to see everyone else's stats]
- Let the host revive people too? So that way they can promote people coming back, rather than watching as everyone dies and stops playing

also promote this forum because what they heck its like you slipped it in under the rug during the easter event
and literally everyone who came into my battle thread didnt even know it existed.
so try to promote it more??? you put in that work, fix it, then promote it!

Feature- Inventory

You guys have been doing crazy well on getting bugs fixed, the app out, and even with an injury; thank you very much for your hard work.

Is there any progress on figuring out why the shuffle bug is so pervasive? Moving more than one item at once noticeably scrambles many lines of the following pages. One of the biggest quality-of-life fixes would be dealing with that one.

Understandably you're busy and there's a lot else on the list, but you said you'd have another crack at it a couple months ago, and I was just hoping to hear where it was on the to-do list.

Games - Aquariums

I know you have lots to work on, but have you had the chance to address the blank Aquarium glow question?

I had one at 6:40am Pacific today. The most I've had (that I've been able to catch in my own tank) in one day is three. Since Aquariums is my favorite Gaia thing, it cuts into my enjoyment quite a bit! Other people are also affected by this, of course, leading to fewer tanks to grab.

By the way, thank you for fixing the Aquarium in-the-tank inventory problem. Much appreciated!

With the mobile app finally out, bare boned as it is, what is next on the agenda?

Is the app still the first priority, or are there other features being developed now (besides a summer event)?

Why is Zomg gone and there is completely nobody in the other games? Will you be able to reach more people to play this game?

Features: Avatar favoriting/Runway

In future can we get to see our avatars that were favorited from Runway museum in 'MY TAGGED AVATARS' collection too? At the moment only ones that were favorited directly from us show up

Star rewards/Features-

I was wondering, is there anyway to combine stars within your own accounts? For example this account and my other account I buy GC on depending on which one I renewed the Angel sub on at the time and now they both have stars just floating around that combined could help me get items but individually just go to waste. It's a real pain :c

Items

Could we maybe see a recolor of Her Hymn sometime in the future? This is an older Umami, but it hasn't really seen much love since its debut. It's a rather beautiful item, and I'd love to see some recolors of it!

It'd also be nice if it could maybe also get the "Umami Plus" treatment at some point; the rare version of it is EXTREMELY rare, and it'd be awesome if there was a chance of getting a few more out there in circulation.
