◆ Pᴇʀsᴏɴᴀʟɪᴛʏ: Mr. Biggs is poised, proper, and a touch pretentious. However, such a personality is necessary in the big and bad world of politics and economics. He's a kind man, a gentleman. However, his compassion is solely reserved to those who have gained his trust, something that is difficult to earn. He prefers solitude or company with a select few of loved ones. Despite his field of work, Mr. Biggs would much rather enjoy some alone-time with a good book, and tea.

Mr. Rizzy is the polar opposite. He lives for the limelight, and has dreams of one day winning the love and attention of everyone in Fiore. He's gaudy and flamboyant because of this, and hates being silenced when he has something to say. He's a kind soul, and is always willing to help those who cannot help themselves. However, his loud personality sometimes overshadows it, and he comes off as arrogant when he's just being expressive (and a touch dramatic).
