Dark Elves; the known night walkers of the grand kingdom of ‘iilhi. The dark elves used to be your ordinary elven. Proud and regal. Until the very time came centuries ago. The elven kingdom was at war with the demon kingdom. This grand battle lasted for hundreds of years. In a desperate attempt of peace; Several houses of the elven kingdom defected and joined the demons army. Sadly their attempt was failed. The High Mother of the time, Farrah channeled all of her magical power and the magical energy of her deceased All Father. Casting a spell to end the war. Earning the elven kingdoms victory and also cursing the elven traitors. With the curse invoked; the elves who defected to the enemy kingdom began to change. Their skin turned as grey as the ashes left on the pyre written battlefields. Their eyes turned red as the blood of the elven people they turned on. Their holy magic turned dark and treacherous as their betrayal.

In the wake of the curse; no kingdom wanted to take the now dark elves into sanctuary. In fear of facing the mourning and angered High Mother Farrah. The dark elves sadly begged their high mother for mercy and forgiveness. High Mother Farrah still feeling anger and rage with the dark elves made a decision. Their descendants will be plagued by this curse. But in attempts of forgiveness and being turned back to their normal and divine forms; they were to act as her and any future High Mothers secret guard.

Now in present day; The Dark Elves have refrained themselves. Using mixtures of runeology and assassination skills. Acting as the High Mother’s personal guard. As well as ‘illhi’s night watch guard during the night time. To this day; this army of dark elves are known as The Lunar Guardians. They only answer to the High Mother.
