The owner grinned, inspecting the uniform very closely. It did fit quite nicely on the catgirl. Not too tight and revealing, leaving just enough for the imagination. His new girl would surely be a hit among his like-minded male patrons. "Ah, I don't think I ever caught your name, miss?"
"Now first, you should learn to make our shop's specialty: Matcha Green Tea! This drink is one that people from all over flock to our tea shop for. We grow our tea leaves locally so they're always fresh for our customers," the old man proudly explained. He hobbled behind the counter and produced a jar of finely ground green powder. "We stone-grind our matcha every morning, ensuring it retains its flavor. Now watch closely." The old man produce a ceramic teapot, carefully measured out some of the green powder and hot water, and finally whisked it all together with a bamboo whisk. He finished his demonstration by pouring some of the mixture into a ceramic tea cup and taking a sip. {b]"Ahhhh, perfection," he chuckled happily at his own job well done. "Now you try," the old man instructed, setting the teapot he just made on a tray for another waitress and producing an empty one for the catgirl. ████

 Asami bowed in the chinese custom and replied " I am Asami . I am from Itomori so I wont be making long trips to work " She smiled a confident smile to the shop keeper and watched him as he talked about the matcha tea. " Thank you kind sir !" she replied as she tried her hand at making the Green Matcha Tea herself. " I hope that I can serve you many moons kind sir " she said with a willingness to learn the craft.

The owner nodded. "Such a cute name for such a cutie."
He observed as she made the tea. While she was unsure and a bit clumsy with it, the end product wasn't too bad for her first time. The old man nodded approvingly. He tried a cup just as he had the first pot. "Hmmm, not too bad, not too bad!" he praised her jovially. "Even better than when Sakura first started!" His last remark received a rather loud and offended hmph! from the other waitress, who was pretending she wasn't watching how the new girl was doing. The old man gave a hearty chuckle when Asami pledged to try her best. "I'm sure we'll get along just fine!" He paused to think. "For today, how about we just practice making tea, alrighty? We'll move on to bussing tomorrow," the old man assured the catgirl. ████

Asami smiled as he drank the tea and replied " You are most kind sir and I am glad that you like my tea . What is bussing ? I am not sure what that is ?" She wanted to do things as right as possible and listened very carefully to his orders as she stood there wanting to make more tea. She was glad to have this job and wanted to get things right the first time so that she will learn as much as possible .

The owner hummed at her odd question. She didn't know what bussing was? "My dear, that's simply waiting on customers and serving them. It's just a short word we use to cover a larger task." The old man chuckled. What a funny girl Asami was turning out to be. He hobbled over to snore shelf, pulling down a jar of some dark leaves that were coarsely ground. "Next we'll try some black tea. This has recently become popular with the neighboring kingdoms, so we added it to our menu," the owner gleefully explained. Heating another pot of water, he placed some of the leaves in the bottom of a tea cup. Pouring the water over the leaves and then letting it steep for a minute. This time, he offered the cup to Asami to taste.

Asami watched him brew the black tea carefully and stood waiting to try a sip. She giggled a little when he laughed and then tried a sip of the tea replying" This has a unique flavor to it" being polite to him while she worked. It was a custom with her family to be cuteous at all times when dealing with others and making friends whenever it presented itself to them. " How many teas do we make here all together?" she replied in a inquisitive tone.
