Leone sighed as he swam through the water. The Las Venus party had become too crazy for him, and it seemed that the arrows effects had finally worn off. As soon as he realized what was happening, he had been too scared to stay in case something truly awful and dangerous happened, and had made his escape, even though he did want to be with that beautiful other Naiad, Cami.

But what could he say, Selkies were naturally somewhat skitterish naiad and didn't usually do such crazy things. And he had yet to overcome such an instinct.

But it being a few days later he did miss that other Naiad while he was gathering ingredients for his dinner. He did miss Cami, and could only hope that he could see her again. Hopefully without having to go to the crazy party again.

Leone was just about to pick some more seaweed for some seaweed wraps when suddenly he felt arms surrounding him! At first he thought it was something dangerous and let out a squeak of fear as he tried to wiggle out of whatever had him! As he looked at the arms of the "monster" he realized that he had seen those arms before! "C-Cami?" He asked, hoping it was her and not some pae-eating squid that had decided that Leone was it's next dinner.

He was pretty sure it was her though. "Y-you scared me! I thought you were something trying to eat me!" He said, completely forgetting about what else that could mean.

He turned around in her arms and hugged her back. "Sorry about leaving the party. It just got so scary there and it's my first instinct to run and hide so I... left. Sorry." He really was. He had wanted to spend more time with her, but when Eris came and all chaos broke loose... he was just too scared to stay. "I'm glad I can see you again though!"

Leone blushed hard as she admitted that she still wanted to "eat" him. He knew that there was a double meaning. And it meant... other, more pleasurable things, but it still embarrassed him quite a bit to be spoken to that way. He made a face at the "ladies" comment though and he groaned at the comment. "That was so emberassing. Why do they even have a power like that..." He muttered the last part to himself, and he couldn't name one of the Erotes since he didn't know which one had done it. Though he knew that one of them had.

He shook his head a little. "Yeah, I think that's the second one I've been too and the first time it wasn't that... crazy." Really, it had gotten too scary, even the Erotes were being attacked and there were real, hurtful arrows being rained down upon all of the pae.

"I-I might go again if it's not as crazy. Or at least if I have someone to watch out for me." Considering that he was one of the more anxious and afraid selkies, he didn't mind admitting that he would need someone else to protect him to make him go back. "But I like being in the water better. Even if there are predators, I still feel safer here. Especially since my home isn't far away from here." It did make him feel safer. He could at least dive back into his dwelling and hide under his bed or something. Or under a few blankets.

"Well, not turning pae into another gender at least..." Leone muttered as he blushed again. There were plenty of other powers that were fine! Like the Prince Charming one he had gotten hit by, or even the forgetfulness one. He would have liked to have that one hit him, of only to forget the last part of the event that happened, even if he managed to swim away in time.

He heard Cami apologizing for "drowning" him and he waved her off. "It's okay, you didn't mean to. I can stay in the water for long periods of time anyway." Even though it had taken his breath away, literally. He knew she didn't have control over herself at that point.

He gave her a shy smile, glad that she was still willing to protect him. "That... that makes it a lot easier. Thank you." He said, taking her hand with his and shaking it a bit. Without letting it go, he said, "if you want, we can go to my home. I... don't have many visitors. But if you want to see it I can take you?" He said, a bit hopeful that Cami was still willing to be with him for a bit.

Leone paled at the thought. Or at least as pale as the light part of him could go, the darker parts just looked a lighter gray. He shook his head, hair flying around. "That would have been horrible!" He said, eyes wide and with a scared look. A shiver traveled it's way through his spine, and he couldn't help but physically shake at the thought!

He relaxed a little when Cami said that she would come over and they could have some dinner. That would be nice and relaxing. He took a deep breath and let it out and looked at her, giving her a smile and a nod. "All right, that sounds great! Or at least it doesn't sound scary." He hoped. He held his hand out to hers. "We don't want you to get lost now do we?" He hoped he didn't find it insulting, but the cave that he lived in was a bit hard to find since he wanted to be as safe as possible.
